Positive clone cells are selected and purified by the expression Neo gene and report gene EGFP. So the cells can be used as sources to create transgenic animals by nuclear transfer techniques.

本研究以牛β-乳球蛋白基因上游调控成分作为启动子，嗜热菌糖苷酶基因lacS为目的基因，构建了lacS基因乳腺特异表达载体，并通过脂质体介导法转染体外培养的牛胎儿成纤维细胞，借助新霉素抗性基因和增强型绿色荧光蛋白报告基因来筛选、纯化阳性克隆细胞，为利用核移植技术制备转基因动物提供细胞来源。

In order to investigate the possibility of porous hydroxyapatite ceramics in the repair of skull bone defect, twenty-four rabbits were used. The bone defect model was created by operation to obtain a defect in parietal bone in a size of 1 cm x 1 cm. Filled the defect with HAC and methyl-methacrylate-syrene copolymer to fill the defect as control. At 1st, 2nd and 3rd months after operation, behavior of the rabbits was observed and then these animals were sacrificed and specimens were examined under microscope.

为了探索多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷作为人工材料修复颅骨缺损的可能性，选健康家兔24只，切除颅顶骨造成缺损，分别用多孔HAC植片及无孔甲基丙烯酸甲脂－苯乙烯共聚物植片修复家兔颅骨缺损，于术后第1，2及3个月处死动物，进行术后反应及组织学观察。

Experimental Center of National Level One, Hubei Traditional Chinese Medica l College, Wuhan 430061）Abstract To investigate the protective effects of Jiaweisinisa n on acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-ga lac-tosamise, serum superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde , glutathioe contents were measured. The pathological changes of liver wer e observed simultaneously. The results showed that JWSNS could decrease serum MD A content, but increase serum SOD and GSH activities in acute liver injury induc ed by D-GalN. It was also found that JWSNS could alleviate the degeneration and necrosis of the hypatocytes.

为研讨加味四逆散防治肝损伤的作用机理，通过动物试验，先用加味四逆散预防给药，再采用D-氨基半乳糖造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型，然后检测大鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶、丙二醛、还原型谷胱甘肽水平，同步观察该方对急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及肝脏病理改变的影响，结果表明该方可明显升高大鼠血清SOD、GSH水平，降低MDA水平，肝脏病理学检查亦表明该方使肝细胞变性坏死程度减轻。
