Based on the model of Logistic, Levins and Tilman, the model of exponent, restoration of habitat,habitat overlap has been put forward systematically and probe into the following questions :how do the evolutional characteristic of meta-population in different regions, the relation between the extinction order of animals and the degree of habitat destruction upon by human activities.

本文主要研究了以下问题：1、不同区域集合动物种群的演化特点、动物物种灭绝的顺序与人类活动对栖息地破坏的&度&的关系2、人为增加或恢复部分栖息地，对不同区域集合种群里强弱不同的物种种群的演化、繁衍将产生什么影响？

The chief results were summarized as follows: In the toxicities tests to aquatic animal in the room, the results showed that Deltamethrin and Lambda-cyhalothrin, which the actual toxicities in the 24 hours on fish, loaches and tadpoles all are above 100%, were the most high toxicity, and that Chlorpyrifos and Triazophos, which the actual toxicities in the 24 hours on them are bellow 54%, were the more high toxicity, and that Fipronil and Abamectin were relatively safe, which the actual toxicities in the 24 hours on them are 22%, and that Bisultap was completely safe, which the actual toxicities in the 24 hours on them are bellow 4%.

研究结果表明：溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯对水生动物的毒性最高，对鱼、泥鳅、蝌蚪24h急性毒性都为100％，毒死蜱、三唑磷毒性次之，对鱼、泥鳅、蝌蚪24h急性毒性均在54％之上，氟虫腈、阿维菌素较安全，对鱼、泥鳅、蝌蚪24h急性毒性均在22％之下，杀虫双对水生动物最安全，对鱼、泥鳅、蝌蚪24h急性毒性为4％以下。
