These results indicate that oxylipin biosynthetic genes were present in the last common ancestor of plants and animals, but were subsequently lost in all metazoan lineages except Placozoa, Cnidaria and Cephalochordata.

Results: 1.Empirical study: The changes of learning and memory performances and hippocampal morphology were related to ageing. Both short-term and long-term administration of excessive glucocorticoids induced the decrease of learning and memory performances and hippocampal neurodegeneration. Adrenalectomy operated during both infancy and senectitude inhibited the hippocampal structure and function.

Skatole is harmful to human animals as well as environment. When human and animals take food which contains skatole or can be converted into skatole, skatole will inevitably interact with digestive enzymes. Skatole absorbed through skin may also interact with digestive enzymes in human and animals. So we studied the effect of skatole on three important digestive enzymes.

粪臭素对人、动物及环境均有一定的危害作用，含有粪臭素或可以转变为粪臭素的外源性食物进入体内后，粪臭素将不可避免地与动物和人体内的消化酶发生作用，人和动物通过皮肤吸收的来自外界环境中的粪臭素也有可能与体内的消化酶发生作用，因此我们研究了粪臭素对几种重要消化酶部分性质的影响。
