Methods Intragastric administration of Cyclophosphamide （100mg/kg） was given to mice every other day for five times to establish leucopenia model. The effect of high and low dosage of CELLAID was evaluated before and after treatment.

Phytase mainly comes from plant and organism, phytase of plant belongs to 6-phytase and it s optimum pH ranges from 5.0 to 7. 5.
