The results showed that LRK could significantly inhibit the mammary hyperplasia caused by estrin, reduce the content of serum 〓, raise P level, promote the production of DA in hypothalamus and mammary tissue, decrease the release of 5-HT, inhibit the secretion of serum PRL, reduce the sensitivity of mammary tissue to estrin and progestogen, prevent the expression of mammary tissue on PCNA, the effect was equal to triphenylamine oxide, obviously superior to the control group of Ru Zeng Ning.

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

In an experiment of constructing a phylogeny of the Eutherian orders, its results not only support the Rodents,(Ferungulates, Primates grouping, but also give an evolutionary tree that is identical to the one constructed by the maximum likelihood method, which indicates that sequence distance defined is very effective to measure the relatedness between sequences.

MATERIALS: Female unmated SD rats of 4 months old, with the body mass of (225±15)g, were provided by Shanghai Experimental Animal Centre of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

同时观察茯苓甘草汤对FD大鼠胃液体排空及胃底、胃窦及十二指肠中乙酰胆碱酯酶、一氧化氮含量的影响，探讨茯苓甘草汤的作用机制。1文献综述参照古、今中医有关文献对FD的中医病名、病因病机、辨证论治方法、临床及实验研究进展进行了探讨，并对现代医学在FD研究中所取得的(来源：A0bBC论文网www.abclunwen.com)进展进行了总结，进一步明确了FD的发病机制、诊断和治疗的研究进展；总结了中医对FD的病因及发病机制、中医诊断及经方治疗FD临床及实验研究进展；并搜集和整理已发表的有关茯苓甘草汤研究报道，阐述了茯苓甘草汤的现代研究进展；最后搜集和整理了近现代著名医家应用茯苓甘草汤的经验及验案。2理论研究理论研究部分首先对功能性消化不良胃虚饮停证的认识进行了理论溯源；其次对茯苓甘草汤的适宜证象进行总结，认为：①心下悸，②四肢不温，③口不渴，④胃中痞满，⑤胃中振水音，⑥不欲饮水，⑦舌淡白，苔薄白而滑，⑧脉沉弦是茯苓甘草汤的主证；随后对茯苓甘草汤方药组成解析，认为生姜是仲景治疗中焦饮停的一味主药。3实验研究3.1实验一目的：探讨建立功能性消化不良胃虚饮停证的动物模型方法并对其进行评价。

In the study,the different doses of Yin Te Kang were feeded to the animals firstly.Then they were ig Cy-clophosphamide,which can cause the damage of myelic nucleus.

Test results: Administered on Day 14 after first injection, the animals in the first group (No. 1, 2, 3) did not present any reactions such as piloerection, jitter, cough, scrunching, dyspnea conulsion or death.

After bleeding sloped, the hemoglobin amount in films or gauzes were measured to determine the hemostatic effect Using a randomized design, one incision in each animal was treated with C-CM membrane, the influence of C-CM film on the growth of bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 27853. Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Monil lia albicans ATCC 14053)were observed in vitro with solid medium. Rusults: It was observed that C-CM membrane had no toxic effects on surrounding tissue and was slowly degraded after implanted into rat leg muscular porch ; The results of hemostatic experiment showed that C-CM film adhered well to incisions.

结果：C-CM膜植入动物肌肉中，周围组织无明显炎症，未发现组织变性和坏死，可在组织内缓慢降解，具有良好的组织相容性，6周后反应接近外科缝合丝线组；止血实验结果发现：C-CM膜组和纱布组的出血时间分别为83.5±9.333s和117±15.9275s，血红蛋白光度吸收值为0.9204±0.7559和1.9764±0.7205，二组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，说明C-CM膜有一定的止血作用；促进创面愈合实验结果显示：不同时间段C-CM膜组肉芽组织较对照组厚，其中胶原纤维含量亦较多，C-CM膜组的创面愈合时间早于空白对照组，伤口愈合较快；抑菌实验显示C-CM膜对三种菌产生接触性抑制。
