Band differencing is feasible in water and irrigable field, but it couldnt monitor the changes of whole land use and its precision is the lowest. For the mufti-temporal composite method, it is difficult to choose the exact regions for change detection. Based on the previous accurate classification result, the post classification comparison method gets the best result compared with the other two methods, but also with the hand-on mistakes.

图像差值法对河流水面和水浇地的监测效果比较好，但对所有地类监测结果不令人满意，精度较低；多时相波段复合分类法中，变化土地类型训练区的确定较困难；分类后比较法是在前面土地信息准确提取的基础上进行的分析，精度较高，监测结果图也一目了然，是土地利用动态监测的一种有效方法，但它是在自动识别分类基础上进行的比较，传递了分类产生的误差。

This report is to generate a set of earthquake response data of bench-mark model of a five-story steel structure though a shaking table test. Test data is issuable in the data base on web site of NCREE and will be provided for structural system identification research.

中文摘要：本研究旨在以进行振动台试验的方法，建立一1/2缩尺五层楼钢结构建筑之原始模型(bench-mark model)，将此一钢结构建筑於动态行为下的反应资料整理后，将完整地置於本中心网站上对外开放的资料库之内，以提供国内外相关学术领域进行结构物系统识别研究之用。

In this paper, we studied seasonal variation of endogenous IAA、 GA_3、ZR and ABA content of Leymus chinensis、 Agropyron michno、 Stipa grandis、 Cleistogenes sguarrosa、 Koeleria cristata、 Carex korshinskyi、 Allium bidentatum、 Artemisia frigida, Kochia prostrate and Potentilla acaulis in different restoring succession stages, which were determined by ELISA in the growing season in 2005. At the same time we recorded the phenological development and growing regulation of each kind of plant.

本文于2005年生长季，对处于不同恢复演替阶段的羊草、米氏冰草、大针茅、糙隐子草、草、黄囊苔草、双齿葱、冷蒿、木地肤和星毛委陵菜十种植物，运用酶联免疫吸附法，测定内源生长素、赤霉素(GA_3)、细胞分裂素和脱落酸含量的季节动态，同时记录每种植物的物候期和生长规律情况。

Vascular endotheliocyte fluorescence staining and leukocyte fluorescence tracing method were applied, in combination with microscopic video system and computer imaging analyzing system, to observe in dynamic and quantitatively the influences of acupuncture on pia matral encephali microvascular morphology, density and blood flowing velocity at 3 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours after cerebral occlusion of meddle cerebral artery.morphology, density and blood flowing state at various time divisions observed directly microscopically and vascular endotheliocyte morphology and the state of brain tissue which near the microvascular after infusion with velocity in infarcted area at various time divisions measured in quantity in each group.microvascular endotheliocytes were colored worse and more fluorescent exudation appeared.

采用血管内皮细胞荧光染色及白细胞荧光示踪法，结合显微录像系统和计算机图像分析系统，动态定量地观察了针刺对大脑中动脉阻塞后3，6，24h软脑膜微血管形态、密度、血流速度的影响。主要观察指标：①从显微镜下直接观察各组大鼠不同时段软脑膜微血管的形态、密度、血流状况，以及注入荧光剂后血管内皮细胞形态和周围脑组织状况。②定量测量各组大鼠不同时段梗死区微血管密度、血流速度。结果：120只大鼠均进入结果分析。
