We have obtained the following main significant results:(1) A master constraint operator for LQG is constructed, which is shown to be self-adjoint in the diffeomorphism invariant Hilbert space. Thus it lays a foundation for the master contraint programme in LQG;(2) The Immirzi parameter ambiguity in LQG is fixed by introducing supersymmetry, which leads to the conclusion that in the case where matter fields are coupled LQG might prefer supersymmetry in low energy;(3) The current accelerating expansion of our universe is successfully explained in the context of 5-dimensional Brans-Dicke theory, which gives a natural strategy to solve the dark energy problem.

Chapter 2 is started from the basic theory of elastodynamics, the zero and the first order reflection and transmission coefficients of rough interface are derived in theory, and some numerical examples are given. The aerodynamics characteristic of the innovative control surfaces which are implemented on the flying wing aircraft with large aspect ratio were introduced, and elevon and split rudder were involved. And the control effects on three axis were analyzed basing on computetional fluid dynamics method. The concept of control volume was imported to introduce parameters-based method of control surfaces design. The control effect requirements of the control surfaces were also evaluated. The original design of certain aircraft's control surfaces was modified.

Experiment 3: Affections of Ginger Extraction on Cardiac Systolic/Diastolic Function of Rabbits with Heart Failure and the Comparison Between Ginger Extraction and 4-Retro-decoction (Si-hi Tang,四逆汤) Method 50 pure-breed New-Zealand rabbits were randomly allocated into 5 groups: control group, low (0.028mL/kg), middle (0.056mL/kg) and high (0.112mL/kg) dosage Ginger group, and 4-Retro-decoction group. The heart failure model of rabbit was established by intravenous administration of 20g/L pentobarbital sodium (0.15 mL·kg〓·min〓) at a certain rate. Oral tube perfusion of Ginger extraction was administrated after the establishment of the model. Their hemodynamic changes were detected before and after the model establishment, and at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 minutes respectively after the ginger administration by a RM-6000 4-graph physiological monitor.

The results show that the reaction order is 2 and apparent reaction activation energy 85.8 kJ/mol, and the reaction is mainly controlled by precipitation of KB5O8?4H2O.
