通过观察ARDS动物模型血清一氧化氮合酶浓度的动态变化以及与血气指标和血液动力学监测指标的关系，发现肺挫伤早期NOS的浓度明显降低，ARDS发生后NOS的浓度明显升高，并在24h达到其峰值，肺挫伤早期给予NOS促进剂、ARDS发生过程中给予NOS阻滞剂可明显改善血气及血液动力学指标、肺湿/干比。
