This paper proposes image training in table tennis teaching by combining the theory of sports psychology with physical teaching practice in order to further enhance the techniques.

本文运用心理学原理结合乒乓球教学实践，提出采用表象训练方法，有助于学习和改进发球动作技术，提高教学质量。
