加护病房

Bar-code system is widely utilized in our daily life. In order to assess the usefulness of the bar-code system in picture archiving and communication system, we used bar-code reader as the complementary tool of PACS for registration, radiographic taking, and imaging reporting in the department of the diagnostic radiology.

条码的应用已成为我们日常生活的一部份，为了研究条码对医学影像储传系统（Picture Archiving and Communication System， PACS）的实际效能，我们利用条码读取机作为放射科收件、检查、及制作报告的辅助工具，我们先完成健诊、重症加护病房及急诊使用条码搭配著PACS作业。

The purposes of this study were to explore noise distribution, its timing, and sources of peak noise in the neonatal intensive care unit of a University Hospital in Southern Taiwan. Two surveys on noise distribution and peak noise of the warmer bed were conducted.

During December 1st 2006 to May 30th 2007, data collection was conducted by the semi-structural in-depth interviews and questionnaires of Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index, social support scale and Parental Stress Index to repeatedly measure 14 primipara and multipara in three time periods: the first week after the birth, the first week after the infant is transferred out, and the first week after they go home.

於2006年12月1日至2007年5月30日期间，分别在早产儿出生一周、转出加护病房一周以及返家后一周，以匹兹堡睡眠品质量表、社会支持量表、亲职压力量表，重复追踪14位初经产妇并进行半结构式深度访谈，以更深入了解早产儿母亲之睡眠品质及其影响因素，研究对象有效答覆率为93.33％。

Overall, 67% of the participants experienced no errors, 19% experienced 1 error, and 14% experienced more than 1 error. Nineteen percent of the intensive care units did not report any medication errors.

整体来说，67%受试者未经历错误发生、19%受试者经历一次错误、14%经历一次以上的错误。19%加护病房并未提报任何医疗错误。
