The first design example is to generate program code for image processing controller to control picture file output and the second design example is a GPS satellite C/A code generator to generate the C/A code of GPS satellites. C/A code can be used to recognize GPS satellite number in GPS system.

最后我们使用两个例子来验证本工具，一个为影像处理控制器，其功能为控制图档输出功能，另一个为GPS卫星C/A码产生器，其功能在於能够产生太空中GPS卫星所使用的C/A码信号，C/A码在GPS系统中被用来识别GPS卫星编号。

The system mainly consists files and maps of basic graphics system, graphics elements (possess for processing point, the line, face, network graphic elements), the graphics operations (possess for blowing up graphics and dwindling graphics, movement, backdate and other operational functions), graphics import and export (possess for the mouse coordinate mapping,graphics data coordinate imported), conventions and the use of line-type, the son-graphics of filling the function module, to achieve the basic functions of the vector graphics.

本系统主要包括基本图形系统的文档和视图、图形元素（具备处理点、线、面、网络等图形元素）、图形操作（具备图形的放缩、移动、回溯等操作功能）、图形输入和输出（具备鼠标交互绘制、图形数据交互输入）、定制和使用线型、子图填充等功能模块，能够实现基本的矢量图形的所具有的功能。

After analyzing the characters of current hydraulic CAD, the method was put forward to use concurrent computer supported cooperative work to regulate hydraulic CAD, and to realize assistant graphics element drawing, principle drawing formation, data exchange, network communication and background data - base service by employing object - oriented technology, dialog box and control widget technology, input - output of graphics ＆ image and socket technology.

在分析当前液压CAD的特点之后，提出了用并行协同设计模式规划液压CAD，运用面向对象（object-oriented）技术、对话框和控件技术、数据库图库存储提取技术、导入导出图形图像技术和socket技术，具体实现了辅助图元绘制、原理图生成、数据交换、网络通讯和后台数据库服务各个功能，使液压系统计算机辅助设计得到进一步的完善。

To the disadvantage exposed to us in national and foreign VTS system, and those putted up in application projects, the thesis did a farther study and consummation, and acquired some research fruits, as follows:1. Fulfilled the Eagle Eye function in Electronic Chart Display System.2. Designed a kind of simple algorithm for select chart. By this arithmetic it become true to auto select electronic chart when chart is zoomed.3. The realization of auto acquired field on electronic chart.4. The simulation of target data and error of radar and AIS by software.5. The fusion processing of the dynamic data those are collected from AIS and Radar.6. Resolve the target track problem of radar by the data fusion technology.7. The algorithm design of display field reduce, this function can improve the speed of display.

针对目前国内外VTS系统中暴露出的薄弱点，以及应用实践中表现出的不足本文对综合信息处理与显示系统做了进一步的研究和完善，取得了以下的研究成果： 1、电子海图显示系统中鹰眼图的功能设置与实现； 2、设计一种简易的选图算法，通过该算法实现可在海图放大、缩小时的自动选图； 3、电子海图上自动录取区的实现； 4、实现对雷达和AIS目标数据及其误差的软件仿真； 5、船舶自动识别系统中动态信息与雷达动态信息的数据融合处理； 6、利用数据融合技术解决雷达目标跟踪方面的问题； 7、海图空间信息中显示区域裁减算法的设计，该模块的实现大幅度提高了海图的显示速度。

The basic idea is that using the "point" function of software UTHSCSA Imagetool to acquire the pixel values of the event in the scanned chart image and then process these arc-shaped isochronal data with algorithms proposed by us to render these data.

基本方法是利用图象软件Imagetool中的"Point"功能获取小气候自记图图象上的记录曲线上点的像素值，然后通过我们给出的算法转换成相应的数据资料。

By use of DT2851 image card and IBM PC/ AT system, the files of system management, moduli of function programs, and subroutine library for image data processing are compiled with GW-BASIC,FORTRAN,and 8086 assembly language.

In the process ofnavigation of INS/Scene Matching the aerocraft will save the land information of undersurface offly orbit in the memorizer which has been scouted in advance. While the aerocraft fly thescheduled position the sensor schlep will take the real time image like as RAR image. After thenthe real time image will match the reference image which has been stored beforehand and hasgeographic relation with real time image. Thus the position or horizontal and longitudinal distanceerror of the aerocraft can been fixed on. After that the navigation and control and guidance iscomplete.

在INS／景象匹配组合导航系统的导航过程中，飞行器首先将预定飞行轨道下面事先侦察到的一系列地面图像信息存到飞行器的存储器中，然后，当携带相应传感器的飞行器飞行到预定的位置时，便获取实时图，然后将实时图和预存的已知地理信息关系的基准图进行匹配比较，这样就可以确定出飞行器的当前位置或者偏离预定位置的纵向和横向偏差，从而完成导航和制导功能。

The software includes two modules. One is to evaluate and manage how smoke bomb can shield the thermal images, which can be used as the guide in the development and improvement of thermal smoke bomb. The other is to process the data of thermal images under smoke-screen to locate target in the shortest time and improve the quality of the target thermal images, which can be used as the reference to further design for development and improvement of thermal image.

该软件主要包括两大功能模组：1红外烟幕对热像图遮蔽效果的评价和管理模块，利用该模块研究红外烟幕环境对红外与热像传输影响的定量测试与评价，指导红外烟幕弹的研制与改进；2红外烟幕遮蔽条件下热像图增强处理模块，该模块主要是研究采用一定的处理方法，改善烟幕遮蔽条件目标热像图的观察效果，争取最短时间发现或识别目标，为今后热像仪的研制设计、改进提供参考依据。

An image display apparatus includes a display having data holding function, a vertical drive circuit sequentially and selectively scanning matrix form display elements, and a horizontal drive circuit writing a voltage among binary voltage preliminarily assigned depending upon the digital data of the image signal. The horizontal drive circuit and the vertical drive circuit are operated for performing selective scan of respective display element for at least m times in one frame period. The vertical drive circuit is constituted of n number of sequence circuits and logic operation circuits for outputs of the sequence circuits, where n is smaller than m, a period from inputting to the sequence circuit to outputting from the final stage being less than or equal to half of one frame period, and at least one of the sequence circuits being used with selectively inputting a plurality of inputs.
