The second part makes an innovative study of the soul of traditional Chinese graphics in the respect of "shape","essence", and "implication". The first element to be emphasized is "shape", which is mainly concerned with lineal designs and convolute designs in traditional graphics, the main two ethical factors employed in traditional Chinese design. The "shape" is a relatively complete and minute system. What is included in "essence" is to convey the effect of lucency and artistic conception in traditional plastic art, which embodies traditional Chinese philosophy and its aesthetic taste. The "implication" part makes a detailed analysis of the informative function of the particular ethical graphics from the perspective of disseminative theory. The third part is my application of the three elements in designing.

第二部分是本文的创新之处，分别从&形&、&神&、&意&三方面对传统图形的精髓进行探讨，&形&主要提取了传统造型元素中的线和具有中国民族风格的构成形式——回旋形进行着重分析，有较为详细而完整的结构体系；&神&主要结合中国的传统哲学和审美思想对中国传统造型所追求的空灵、意境进行论述，&意&主要从传播学的角度对传统图形所特有的民族信息传达功能进行分析研究。

Present regional social security project, such as rural endowment insurance,rural medical insurance only covered less than 10% of the people in the countryside, the society succors, gives special care to finding a room for and social welfare are all very limited, it is far to meet the urgent need of the rural society, other questions such as ensuring area to be narrow, ensuring competence to be low ,ensuring function bad,manage system lag behind , and the further development be effected by the dualistic economic system, poor rural economic level, bad consciousness of rural residents, imperfect domanial system, the difficulty in collecting the capital ,running environment are restrained,etc.

然而我国农村到目前为止，还没有形成一套完整的农村社会保障体系，各种社会保障项目，如农村社会养老保险、农村社会医疗保险只覆盖了不到10%的农村人口，社会救助、优抚安置和社会福利都非常有限，远远满足不了农村社会的迫切需要，而且还存在着诸如保障面窄、保障水平低、保障功能差、管理体制落后等问题，本文正是针对这些问题进行分析。

And thus I provide the evidence to undermine the commonly held opinion that China's public companies improved their performance by increasing financial leverage ratio. Seventhly, the international comparison reveals that the development of capital market has direct influence on the industry performance and the capital markets of developed countries are more effective than those of developing ones. Whether the finance system is bank-dominated or capital-market-dominated means little to the effectiveness of capital market and also the industry productivity. Eighthly, capital market, bank and FDI differ markedly in the mechanism of financing selection, supervisory effectiveness and industry characteristics. Averagely, capital market is the most appropriate mechanism among the three out-sourcing financing, considering the supervisory cost and effectiveness comprehensively. Certainly, some flaws remain in this study.

因此，我们认为，中国各产业上市公司产业绩效的提高不是通过提高财务杠杆比例来实现的；第七，基于资本市场自身的国际比较研究表明，资本市场发展程度直接影响其对产业绩效的改善和促进程度，成熟市场的资本配置效率显著高于新兴市场，而金融体系以银行为主导还是以资本市场为主导，并不影响资本市场功能的有效发挥，也不对产业绩效的影响产生效率上的差异，仅仅表现为在多大规模或范围内对产业绩效产生影响；第八，基于资本市场、银行贷款及外商投资3种外源融资方式对产业绩效影响的比较研究，三种方式在融资选择机制、监督力以及所影响的产业特征方面均存在显著差异，三者对不同产业绩效的影响呈现互补作用，而资本市场是监督成本与效力结合较好的融资方式。
