In chapter three, molecular imprinting chiral stationary phases against amino acid derivatives utilizing 2-vinylpyridine+acrylamide (2-VP+AM) as combined functional monomers were prepared. Comparing combined functional monomer 2-VP+AM with AM and methacrylic acid+2-VP, the former, 2-VP+AM showed higher imprinting ability. Explanation was given according to the compatibleness between the functional monomer and the imprinted molecule.

第三章系统考察了复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+丙烯酰胺制备氨基酸衍生物分子烙印手性固定相的情况，发现复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+丙烯酰胺烙印体系与丙烯酰胺及复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+甲基丙烯酸烙印体系相比，对氨基酸衍生物表现出更好的烙印能力，验证了功能单体与烙印分子之间存在着匹配性的观点。

The business program of Jiaojia gold mine is reengineered based on the theory of "business centers", and the program-oriented compressed organization is framed. The index group and the solution of mine total quality management are setup. Then the optimize program of SCM and its components are designed on the guidance of "Horizontal Integration". The data of Jiaojia gold mine are reengineered based on the data warehouse technology. Thirdly, customers have the lowest satisfaction with formalistic imitations, Internet services and entironment of upholstering materials of luxury hotels in Taizhou. Fourthly, the customer satisfaction can be effectively increased by improving the hotels' socialized surroundings, general functions, Internet facilities and upholstering levels. Finally, the satisfaction and repurchasing desires of customers are influenced by general functions, upholstering levels, Internet facilities, socialized surroundings and symbolic images.

通过实证分析，本文得出了五个基本结论：(1)饭店服务环境评价体系由11个关键要素组成，包括：安全功能、社会化环境、潜在环境、基本功能、网络功能、装修水准、符号标志、文化氛围、空间布局、地理环境和饭店建筑；(2)顾客对实用物质功能性的需求比精神审美的需求迫切；(3)顾客对饭店建筑的简单模仿、网络功能的服务提供、装修材料的环保等方面最不满意：(4)社会化环境、基本功能、网络功能、装修水准等4个要素的改善将有效提高顾客的满意度；(5)影响顾客满意与重购意愿的5个要素是基本功能、装修水准、网络功能、社会化环境以及符号标志。
