The support of TPN at least for 7 days in gastric cancer patients with significant weight loss and severe malnutrition going to receiving operation maintained the nutritional status and prevented continuous weight loss. The early enteral feeding through jejunostomy tended to increase serum hemoglobin, hematocrit, and iron levels to prevent deterioration from anemia. Additionally, nutritional support gradually improved the immune function of gastric cancer patients by increasing total lymphocyte counts.

对於准备要接受胃癌手术体重明显减轻的严重营养不良病患，给予七天以上的全静脉营养支持，可维持病患之营养状况且避免体重持续减轻；术后透过空肠造口给予早期肠道营养支持，对於血清中的血色素与血比容和铁质有助上升趋势，避免贫血情况恶化；由总淋巴球数的增加发现营养支持可以渐渐恢复病患之免疫功能。

Gastrointestinal tract reaction in 2 groups was observed. Venous blood on an empty stomach form patients of 2 groups was drawn before receiving nutrition treatment and on the morning of 7th ,14th day of treatment. Level of serum protein , subpopulations of T lymphocytes, blood routine examination, hepatic function parameters ,renal function parameters, blood-fasting sugar, serum lipide and gastrointestinal tract reaction in 2 groups was observed.

于其营养治疗前和营养治疗第7、14天清晨抽取患者空腹时静脉血，检测血清蛋白、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血常规、肝肾功能、空腹血糖、血脂，并观察2组患者治疗期间胃肠道不良反应发生情况。

There was statistical significance in leucocytes and platelets of these 2 groups (P.05). Conclusion AIH can complicate with lymphadenectasis, which appeare cirrhosis and hyperspienia more easily and it may be with unfavorable prognosis.

AIH可合并淋巴结肿大，且合并淋巴结肿大者较易出现肝硬化，表现脾功能亢进，可能是AIH预后不良的一个指标。

The most frequent adverse effects included diarrhea, delayed graft function, anemia, and lymphocele.

最常见的不良反应有腹泻、移植肾功能延迟恢复、贫血和淋巴囊肿。

Some children because of malnutrition, or suffering from rickets, such as hypothyroidism, resulting in the intestinal wall and abdominal wall muscle relaxant, difficult stool from individual children such as congenital megacolon congenital defects, resulting in recurrent constipation.

有的儿童由于营养不良，或患佝偻病、甲状腺功能减退症等，致使肠壁及腹壁肌肉松弛，大便不易排出，个别儿童因先天性巨结肠症等先天缺陷，致使经常便秘。

The patients in the group A were given with mifepristone 10 mg once daily and nemestran 5 mg twice a week by mouth for 3 months,while the patients in the group B with mifepristone and placebo in the same dose and way as group A.The dimension of uterus and myoma was monitored respectively by B-mode ultrasound before and after treatment,the levels of estrogen,progesterone and hemoglobin as well as liver and renal functions were all measured at the same time.The side effects of drugs were assessed.Results:The results showed that the menoschesis occurred,and the distend and pain of hypogastric region and anemia were redressed in all patients during the treatment.

将绝经前有症状的子宫肌瘤患者100例随机分成两组，A组50例为小剂量米非司酮联合内美通组，每天口服米非司酮10 mg，同时口服内美通5 mg，每周2次，连服3个月。B组50例为米非司酮组，每天口服米非司酮及安慰剂，剂量与服药方法同A组；治疗前后B超测量子宫体积、肌瘤体积；检测用药前后雌、孕激素、血红蛋白和肝肾功能，观察服药后的不良反应。
