Objective:Investigating the early prevention and rehabilitation methods for the contracted scar of foot drop after burn to improve the effectiveness of treatment.

目的：探索烧伤后瘢痕挛缩性足下垂的早期预防和修复方法，改善治疗效果。方法：对我科2006年7月—2009年2月收治的10例跟腱部深度烧伤后可能导致足下垂畸形的患者进行预防性治疗及早期踝关节的功能位固定和功能锻炼；对烧伤后瘢痕挛缩性足下垂3名患者进行Z形瘢痕瓣或梯形瘢痕跟腱瓣治疗，预后观察踝关节外观及踝关节活动功能。

Our results showed 1 The changes in trends of leaf traits response to the rainfall gradient differed either with species or with a specific trait; 2）The same trends were found at the functional group level, However, leaf traits for grasses tends to be less sensitive, then for forbs, and the legumes is the most sensitive functional group along the rainfall gradient, indicated that the Grass function group is quite strong to the soil moisture content tolerance, and which certainly explained to the local vegetation distribution and the substitution between species.

主要结论如下：1 叶片性状在降雨量梯度上的变化趋势在物种水平上表现出多样化的特点，性状的变化趋势是否有显著的格局取决于物种或特定性状。2 叶片性状对水分梯度的响应在功能群水平上表现出各自的特点，Grass功能群对水分梯度的响应敏感性较低，Forb居中，Legume表现出较强的敏感性，表明Grass功能群对水分的耐受性比较强，这在一定程度上解释了当地克氏针茅草原上目前以禾草类为主的现状，对物种之间的替代有一定的指示性。

To the smoking group,Supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China(2001DA30031),the indicants such as FEV1,MVV,FEV1/FVC had decreased (P.05),and the indexes of the small airway function(PEF、FEF 25、FEF 50、FEF 75、MMEF)had significantly dropped (P.01).And the smokers especially long-term smokers,most indexes of the pulmonary ventilatory functions and all indexes of the small airway function negatively correlated with smoking indexes.

结果各项肺功能检测指标中，肺容量指标和吸烟与否以及吸烟量无明显关系；和不吸烟组相比，吸烟组部分肺通气功能(FEV1、MVV、FEV/FCV)以及全部小气道功能(PEF、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%、MMEF75/25)均明显降低，其差异有统计学意义分别为P.05和P.01，并且其损害程度与吸烟指数成正比。

本项目具有如下特点：两回线的保护装置及跳、合闸回路完全独立；装置具有分相跳闸功能，即本线单相、两相、三相故障时均只跳故障相，使得故障时系统联系尽可能紧密；重合闸功能合理分配在线路保护和断路器保护中，充分利用了线路保护的信息实现无严重故障判别和分相顺序重合策略的自适应重合功能，由断路器保护根据断路器本身的工作状态和相邻断路器的配合关系实现重合出口；判断严重故障的判据及分相顺序重合闸原理简单合理，具有实用意义，降低了重合于永久故障对系统的冲击。
