Adopting the method of system matrix, the torsional vibration differential equation of general shafting was gained. The simple harmonic forms of excitation torque under the normal combustion or piston flameout of in-line engine and v-type engine were analysed. The decoupled algorithm of free vibration and forced vibration and the solution to the vibration damper's energy of resistance and the off-resonance calculation were studied. The sensitivity formulations of the natural frequency and vibration mode to physical parameters of system were derived by solving the eigenvalue problem. These sensitivity formulations provided the theoretical base for the dynamic modification of structure.

In this article, three kinds of prealloy powder were developed by water atomization method. The base attribute, pattern, phase composition, differential thermal analysis of powder were researched. Sintered density, hardness, bend strength, Young's modulus were researched as hot pressed sintering temperature changing. By using abrasive wearing equipment upbuilt by the authors, the wear resistance were determined. Green-pressing density, simulated green-pressing strength and bonding momental of high frequency brazing were assayed. SEM corrosion structure and SEM appearance of fracture were observed.

At first, this paper gives the brief introduction of the history and present status of accelerometer and its testing technology, the working principium and math model of the liquid floated pendu-lous accelerometer, and then, decides the binary width pulse force retrim loop as the design proposal of testing system, researches the transfer function of every part in the system emphasizly, analyses the stability of the whole accelerometer testing system from the angle of control theoretics by the open loop transfer function of system, and designed the correcting net, analyses the basal problems such as resolution, sampling restraint, precision and so on, designs the hardware testing circuits such as preamplification, band-pass filter, alternating amplifier, phase sensitive demodulatorn, pulse-width modulation, frequency scale circuit, moment current generator. Finally, using the graphics program language LabV-IEW which is designed for testing field especially by NI accomplishes the solfware design of testing system,realized the testing functions.

Considering the influence of fluid's viscosity and large amplitude sloshing, the 2-dimension coupling system composed of uncompressible viscous fluid and ideal elastic structure of rectangle aqueduct is studied by using ADINA to develop the models in this paper. Analyze the dynamic response of the rectangle aqueduct structure by large amplitude liquid sloshing. Under the horizontal harmonic excitations with different amplitudes, analyze the harmonic response of the rectangle aqueduct structure and fluid, include pressure on the tank wall ,free surface height and so on.
