The effects of normalizing temperature and retaining time on microstructure and properties of low chromium wear resistant cast steel were studied.

For different materials,the macrostructure of damage sites are dissimilar.The microstructure of damage sites were indicated as follows:the damages of granite and marble after being particle impacted were made up of damage of cleavage surfaces and crystal faces and spread of cracks along phase interface and pore space,which is harmful to mechanical property;while the damages of concrete and mortar were made up of cracks of transition zone and aggregates and plastic flow of C-S-H,which may cause more hidden danger to perma nence than to mechanical properties.

对四种材料损伤形貌的微观分析表明：花岗岩、大理石受颗粒冲击后产生的损伤主要为拉应力导致的解理面、晶面的破坏以及裂纹沿相界面和孔隙的扩展，对其力学性能有较大的危害；混凝土和砂浆的损伤由过渡区开裂、骨料破裂和C-S-H的塑性滑移共同构成，对耐久性造成的隐患远大于对力学性能的影响。

Based on the results of exploration and in-site test of typical waste dump in southwest mountainous area,the analysis theory and method of waste dump rainfall infiltration are discussed beginning at analysing coal waste's mechanics characteristic and seepage theoty. Fllowed estimating method of waste dump stability is discussed influenced by rainfall. At last a typical engineering example of coal waste dump landslide influenced by rainfall is researched, acquiring research fruit hereinafter.①Particular exploration of typical waste dump in chongqing area and analysis estimate to its area engineering geology are done. Granule gradation、water content、nature density、dry densit etc parameter of waste granular media are tested. The mechanics characteristic of waste are researched by in-site shear experimentation、compressibility experimentation and infiltration experimentation.②The coal waste dumping is different from other consecutive solid material as incompact granule structure. Its shear strength and transforming characteristic also have itself characteristic.

本文针对山区矸石山，结合踏勘和现场试验，从分析矸石散体的力学特性以及渗流理论出发，研究了矸石山降雨入渗的分析理论与方法，在此基础上提出了矸石山体降雨作用下的稳定性评价方法，最后进行了降雨作用下典型矸石山滑坡工程实例研究，取得了以下研究成果：①对重庆山区中梁山、万盛、荣昌、天府、綦江等矿区代表性的矸石山进行详细踏勘，对矸石山的堆放形态及其区域的工程水文地质情况进行调查；针对重庆山区矸石山，测试矸石散体的颗粒级配、含水量、天然密度、干密度等参数、并在此基础上，通过现场剪切、压缩、渗透试验等研究矸石散体的力学特征。

Secondly, most of the constitutive relations of SMA, which have been established before, are so complex that they cannot be used to calculate in the design of SMA springs. In this paper, it puts forward to an easier mechanical constitutive relation of SMA spring, which is fit for designing. Its applicability has been proved by the experiment which includes SMA spring compression and uninstall.

其次针对以往从机理分析建立的形状记忆合金力学本构模型过于复杂、不适合工程设计计算的缺点，建立了简单的SMA弹簧的力学本构模型，通过对形状记忆压簧的压缩、卸载试验，来验证了这个模型的适用性，并与其它文献的实验结果相比较，二者结论基本一致。

The plastic deformation mechanism of the process is explained. The vector equations of the curved conical surface and the figure of the particle motion for the forming process of the bending tube are presented. The theoretical model of stress and strain fields of the forming process is deduced. The practical forming process of tubes of large diameter demonstrates the validity of the new type of design method of the ox-horned core bar and the computation formula of the length of the raw tube.
