Results All cases underwent repair of aortoenteric fistulas and partial enterectomy after aortic occlusion under general anesthesia.

结果 6例均在全身麻醉下剖腹探查，术中见均为腹主动脉－小肠瘘所致肠出血。

The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy after failure of medical treatment. A bezoar 8×3×3cm in size, was lodged and extracted via enterotomy over the compatible obstruction site of barium meal examination.

患者因内科治疗失败而接受剖腹探查，结果发现一个8×3×3公分大的粪石位於与小肠钡剂检查相吻合的阻塞部位，并经由肠切开术将之取出。

Surgical therapy:(1) Laparoscopy: Decomposition of adhesion,电灶lesions, puncture of endometrial Xiang swelling, swollen Xiang stripping (2) laparotomy conservative surgery: separation of pelvic adhesions, fulguration or knife cut out a visible lesion, HoLEP out Xiang endometrial swelling, as far as possible, to retain normal ovarian tissue.

口服3-5月。3、手术疗法：(1)腹腔镜：分解粘连，电灶病灶，穿刺内膜襄肿，襄肿剥离(2)剖腹保守术：分离盆腔粘连，电灼或手术刀剜出可见病灶，剜出内膜襄肿，尽可能保留正常的卵巢组织。

Case Report: In this report, we present a case of uterine rupture in a 32-year-old multiparous woman after the trial of labor during which 100μg misoprostol was placed in the posterior vagina fornix.

病例报告：一位32岁，妊娠39周（G3P1A1）的妇女因落红而至本院引产，产程一切正常，住院时的Bishop score为0分，因而使用100μg misoprostol 阴道塞剂来引产，在引产过程中，胎儿情况良好，在引产5小时后，就进入产房准备生产，后因fetal distress安排紧急剖腹生产，产下一男婴，3710g，3→4但在术中发现子宫的右侧壁有破裂的情形，而紧急以Vicryl 1°缝合子宫，很幸运地在缝合后很快的控制住子宫的出血。

In order to know the difference of the change of the lung function after cholecystectomy operation in celiotomy and in celioscope , each 30 patients who received cholecystectomy separately in celiotomy or in celioscope have been observed, in which, 5 cases were male, 25 cases were female,the average age were 50±10a and 50±11a respectively.

我们分别选择了以剖腹和使用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的病人各30例，其中男性备5例，女性各25例，平均年龄分别为50±10岁和50±11岁。

objective:to explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump cancer.method:the clinic datum of 27 cases with gsc were analyzed retrospectively from june 1989 to june 2004.result: the ratio of gsc was 1.8% in homochronous gastric cancer.in 27 cases,the radical operation was performed for 14(53.5%),palliative operation for 9(34.6%)and pass-procedure for 3(11.5%).the one-year,three-year and five-year postoperative survival rate in radical operation was 85.7%, 50% and 35.7%.

目的：分析探讨残胃癌的诊断和治疗方式。方法：对我院1989年6月至2004年6月27例残胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性探讨。结果：残胃癌占同期胃癌1.8%，施行根治性手术14例（53.3%），姑息性手术9例（34.6%），由于广泛转移未行手术或仅行剖腹探查术3例(11.5%)。根治性手术病人1，3，5年生存率85.7%，50%，35.7%。
