Surgical therapy:(1) Laparoscopy: Decomposition of adhesion,电灶lesions, puncture of endometrial Xiang swelling, swollen Xiang stripping (2) laparotomy conservative surgery: separation of pelvic adhesions, fulguration or knife cut out a visible lesion, HoLEP out Xiang endometrial swelling, as far as possible, to retain normal ovarian tissue.

口服3-5月。3、手术疗法：(1)腹腔镜：分解粘连，电灶病灶，穿刺内膜襄肿，襄肿剥离(2)剖腹保守术：分离盆腔粘连，电灼或手术刀剜出可见病灶，剜出内膜襄肿，尽可能保留正常的卵巢组织。

METHODS: Surial of 22 patients who underwent pancreatectomy with R was compared with two control groups: 54 patients who underwent pancreatectomy without the need for R and 28 patients whose pre-operatie imaging suggested resectability but whose laparotomy indicated inoperability.

比较了22例进行联合血管切除重建的扩大胰腺切除患者与两个对照组的生存率：54例患者进行了没有血管重建的胰腺切除术、28例患者术前影像学显示可切除但在剖腹探查时发现不能手术切除。

Methods 24traumatic reputure of diaphragm patients in our hospital were analyzed and reviewed recent10years.Characteristics and reasons of misdiagnosis of diaphragmatic hernia were summed up with method of case analysis.Ventrotomywas un-derwent in24cases,and choracotomy was perfomed in2cases.1underwent abdominothoracic incision,and1case un-derwent choracotomy after ventrotomy.

回顾性分析我院10年来收治的24例膈肌破裂的诊治经过，以实例分析的方法，总结膈疝的特点及误诊原因；手术方法采用剖腹术20例，剖胸术2例，胸腹联合切口1例，剖腹术后剖胸术1例。

Results 155 patients had surgical site infections in total 1 589 patients undergoing general surgery and the infection rate was 9.75%. The infection rates were hightest in those undergoing celiotomy or colon surgery. 56 patients appeared with postdischarge surgical site infection, accounting for 36.13% in the whole infection public. Most postdischarge surgical site infection happened in class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ surgery. Albumin and hemoglobin abnormity, emergency surgery, bleeding, incision type and eduction were risk factors of surgical site infection by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.

结果 1 589例次手术患者中，155例次手术部位发生感染，感染率为9.75%；不同手术类别相同危险指数的手术以剖腹探查手术和结肠手术感染发生最高；有56例患者在出院后发生手术部位感染，随访感染占总感染例数的36.13%，随访感染以Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术为主；经单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析得出，白蛋白及血红蛋白值异常、急诊手术、失血、切口类型、引流为手术部位感染的危险因素。

The reoperation styles as follows: choledochocholedochostomy,Roux en y choledochojejunostomy,laparotomy of hematischesis,EST, choledocholithotomy. 19 cases were all cured by operations without severe neopathy.

再手术方式分别为胆总管端端吻合术、胆总管空肠Roux en y吻合术、剖腹止血术、EST、胆总管切开取石术。19例均经手术治愈，未出现严重并发症。

objective:to explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump cancer.method:the clinic datum of 27 cases with gsc were analyzed retrospectively from june 1989 to june 2004.result: the ratio of gsc was 1.8% in homochronous gastric cancer.in 27 cases,the radical operation was performed for 14(53.5%),palliative operation for 9(34.6%)and pass-procedure for 3(11.5%).the one-year,three-year and five-year postoperative survival rate in radical operation was 85.7%, 50% and 35.7%.

目的：分析探讨残胃癌的诊断和治疗方式。方法：对我院1989年6月至2004年6月27例残胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性探讨。结果：残胃癌占同期胃癌1.8%，施行根治性手术14例（53.3%），姑息性手术9例（34.6%），由于广泛转移未行手术或仅行剖腹探查术3例(11.5%)。根治性手术病人1，3，5年生存率85.7%，50%，35.7%。
