目的：分析探讨残胃癌的诊断和治疗方式。方法：对我院1989年6月至2004年6月27例残胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性探讨。结果：残胃癌占同期胃癌1.8%，施行根治性手术14例（53.3%），姑息性手术9例（34.6%），由于广泛转移未行手术或仅行剖腹探查术3例(11.5%)。根治性手术病人1，3，5年生存率85.7%，50%，35.7%。
