The double labelling technique by combination of horseradish peroxidaseretrograde tracing with immunohistochemical staining for γ-amino-butyric acidwas used to observe the distribution of GABA-positive neurons in the abducens and vestibular nucleus,and its projection to oculomotor nucleus of rats.

用辣根过氧化物酶(horseradish peroxidase，HRP)逆行标记结合γ-氨基丁酸(γ-amino-butyric acid，GABA)的免疫组织化学双标技术观察大鼠的展神经核和前庭神经核内GABA阳性神经元的分布，以及其向动眼神经核的投射。

Display of the cranial nerves and their surrounding structures is very helpful for diagnosis and treatment of cranial nerve diseases. In order to obtain the sectional anatomical data of the cranial nerves and their related blood vessels, MRI sectional scanning and plastination were used in this study to conduct a comparison between the image and sectional anatomy of the oculomotor nerve, trochlear nerve, trigeminal nerve, abducent nerve, facial nerve, vestibulocochlear nerve, lower cranial nerves and their related structures.

脑神经及其周围结构的显示对于脑神经疾病的诊断和治疗有较大的帮助，为了获得脑神经和相关血管的断面影像解剖学资料，本实验采用MRI薄层扫描及生物塑化薄片断面技术对动眼神经、滑车神经、三叉神经、外展神经、面神经-前庭蜗神经、低组脑神经及相关结构进行影像与断面解剖对照研究。
