Methods Ten fresh-frozen foot specimens, three-dimensional kinematics of talonavicular joint were determined in the case of neutral position, dorsiflexion, plantoflexion, adduction, abduction, inversion and eversion motion by means of three-dimensional coordinate instrument （Immersion MicroScribe G2X） before and after calcaneocuboid arthrodesis under non-weight with moment of couple, bending moment, equilibrium dynamic loading.

方法10只新鲜尸体足标本，通过建立非负重位尸体足模型，结合力偶矩、弯矩及平衡加载方法，应用三维坐标仪测量分析跟骰关节融合前、后距舟关节在大体足背屈、跖屈、内收、外展、内翻及外翻运动中的三维运动度变化。

METHODS: From June 2007 to March 2009, 8 patients with terrible triad of the elbow were treated. The fracture of the radial head was classified according to the system of Mason, with typeⅠ in 1 patients, type Ⅱ in 6 and type Ⅲ in 1; fracture of the coronoid process was classified according to the system of Regan and Morrey, with type Ⅰin 2 patients, type Ⅱ in 5, and type Ⅲ in 1. The hollow lag screws and Herbert screws were used to fixe coronoid process and radial head fractures, and repair Annular ligament. Lateral collateral ligament was repaired in 1 case. All injured extremities were treated with a posterior plaster splint with the elbow joint held in 90° of flexion and the forearm in neutral rotation for 2-3 weeks followed by elbow rehabilitation training.

于2007-06/2009-03共收治肘关节恐怖三联征患者8例，其中尺骨冠突骨折按 Regan-Morrey法分类：Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型5例，Ⅲ型1例；桡骨头骨折按Mason法分类：Ⅰ型1例，Ⅱ型6例，Ⅲ型1例。8例患者均采取了内固定治疗，采用中空拉力螺钉或Herbert螺钉固定冠突和桡骨头骨折，修补环状韧带，1例缝合修复肘外侧副韧带，术后屈肘90°旋前中立位，以塑形良好的高分子管型石膏固定两三周后开始屈伸和旋转康复训练。

In sagittal plane,the PPSI of each level moved from inferoposterior to superoanterior with an arc trajectory.The PPSI displacements and angular variation increased from L1 to L4,however,these two decreased in L5 simultaneously.The rotation radius had no relationship with lumbar segment.Flexion-extension ROM from L1/2 to L5/S1 increased gradually.

各腰椎屈伸运动时PPSI矢状位上呈由后下至前上的弧线轨迹，L1~L4其位移量和倾斜角度逐渐增大，L5两值同时减小；其旋转半径与腰椎序列无明确关系。L1/2至L5/S1屈伸活动度逐渐增加。

二藤合剂组治疗6个月后其各项观察指标(包括躯体功能、病情活动指数、肿胀关节总数、总体自我评价、脊柱痛、脊柱炎症，胸廓活动度、Schober、指地距、脊椎左屈、脊椎右屈、脊椎后仰、枕墙距、血沉、C反应蛋白)与治疗前相比，均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；柳氮磺吡啶组除枕墙距外，其余观察指标亦均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。
