The lumbar vertebra anatomy characteristic is every two neighboring lumbar vertebrae,and behind two joints constitutes after the intervertebral disc,its acies articularis nearly in sagittal plane,when waist anteflexion this activity is big,easy to create this joint damage.

腰椎的解剖学特点是每两个相邻的腰椎，由椎间盘和后面两个关节构成，其关节面近于矢状面，在腰部前屈时该活动度较大，容易造成该关节损伤。

A three-dimension FEM model of normal L4-5 was built, and the lumbar facet joints were treated as to contact with each other. Various motions of L4-5 were simulated by changing the loads: anteflexion, retroversion, right rotation, right bending and longitudinal compression.

本文建立了L4-5正常运动节段的有限元模型，将两小关节面处理为接触模型，分析了小关节面在腰椎前屈、后伸、侧弯、旋转及压缩运动状态下的受力情况，发现小关节在承载方面作用较大，特别是抗旋转运动过程中作用更明显。

METHODS: 5 184 people of non-manual workers and manual workers in city as well as farmers at different sex, aged from 20-59 years, were selected in Shijiazhuang, Cangzhou and Chengde with random sampling of stratified cluster in July 2000. They were assigned into 20-39 year group and 40-59 years group according to age to perform investigation of their physical work, which composed of strength of grasp, anteflexion of body when sitting, standing with single foot when closing eyes, back pressure, vertical jump, 10 m×4 return run, push-up, sit-up and choice of reaction time, etc. RESULTS: 4 800 people were involved in the result analysis.

于2000-07用分层整群的随机抽样方法抽取石家庄、沧州、承德3个城市不同性别的城市非体力劳动者、城市体力劳动者、农民3类职业人群的20～59岁公民5184名，按年龄分为20～39岁组和40～59岁组两组，对其进行体能测查，测查内容包括握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立、背力、纵跳、10m×4往返跑、俯卧撑、仰卧起坐、选择反应时等。

The displacement pick-up was put into C3/4 intervertebral space and axis pressure (0～160N) homolateral-bending (0～1.5Nm), oppositeside-bending (0～1.5Nm), back-extending (0～1.5Nm) and anteflexion (0～1.5Nm) were respectively loaded. After having measured the morphological changes of C3/4 intervertebral foramena in C5/6 intergrity group, discectomy group and replaced group, the changes in different groups were compared.

The questionnaire included age, sex, body height, body mass, waist circumference, hip circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, vital lung capacity,steps index, grasp strength, dorsum strength, body anteflexion in sitting position, stand in one leg with eyes closed, vertical jump, push-up, sit-up and reaction time.

项目包括年龄、性别、身高、体质量、腰围、臀围、收缩压、舒张压、肺活量、台阶指数、握力、背力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立、纵跳、俯卧撑、仰卧起坐和反应时。

Methods: The sign object was put at each acromial end and clavicle end of normal acromioclavicular joint. And then acromioclavicular joint was tested the locations in abducetion+superduct 、 endoduction 、 anteflexion 、 post-extention 、 external and interior rotation by using 3D- laser scanning camera .Computer calculate the rotation of the two sign objects in x 、 y 、 z axis(x delegate clavicle axis,y delegate coronal section ,z delegate sagittal axis).
