and Results— In 104 patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent annuloplasty for functional MR, basal mitral anterior leaflet angle, distal mitral anterior leaflet angle, posterior leaflet angle, coaptation depth, tenting area, mitral annular dimensions, left ventricular volumes, and MR severity were quantified by echocardiography before surgery and at 6-month intervals after it.

方法和结果：104名存在功能性MR的原发性扩张性心肌病患者接受了成形术。术前采用超声心动图检查获取基线二尖瓣前叶夹角、二尖瓣前叶远端夹角、二尖瓣后叶夹角、接合深度、幕状区面积、二尖瓣瓣环大小、左室流量以及MR程度，术后6个月复查。

The left ventricular internal dimension at end diastole, interventricular septal thickness at end diastole and left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end diastole were measured in the parastemal long axis view by transthoracic two-dimensional echocardiography, and to calculate left ventricular ejection fraction with Teichholtz formula and left ventricular mass with modified Devereux formula, left ventricular mass index=LVM/body surface area. From the apical four chamber and two chamber view, the basical segment and middle segment of interventricular septal, left ventricular lateral wall, anterior wall and inferior wall were obtained by tissue Doppler imaging, Regional left ventricular relaxation asynchrony index was calculated.

应用二维超声心动图在胸骨旁左心室长轴观测量左心室舒张末期内径、室间隔和左心室后壁舒张末期厚度，采用Teichholtz公式计算左心室射血分数，采用Devereux校正公式计算左心室心肌质量，左心室心肌质量指数=左心室心肌质量/体表面积；在心尖四腔心和心尖两腔心切面，应用组织多普勒成像获取室间隔、左心室侧壁、前壁和下壁的基底段和中间段8个心肌节段沿左心室长轴运动的速度频谱，测算左心室局部心肌松弛不同步性指数(regional left ventricular relaxation asynchrony index， AI)；在心尖四腔心切面，应用彩色M型多普勒超声心动图测量左心室舒张早期血流传播速度。

Evaluation of the Right Ventricular Outflow Tract in Children with Tetralogy of Fallot by Two-dimensional Echocardiography Using A New Subcostal View Preoperative evaluation of the right ventricular outflow tract in Tetralogy of Fallot is extremely important for surgical correction.

Ⅰ、2DE剑下新切面评价儿童四联症右室流出道梗阻程度的研究术前准确评价四联症右室流出道病变对外科手术非常重要，本文报告二维超声心动图(2DE)剑下新断面评价21例儿童四联症(年龄：2--13岁，平均6岁)的右室流出道的价值。

Results:After therapy of weeks,the NYHA heart function,6-minute walk test(6-MWT), LVEF and fractional shortening of left ventricular brachyaxis of two groups significantly improved(P.05～.01),but those of therapy group more improved(P.05～.01) compared with control group.

观察治疗前、后两组病人心功能、肾功能、超声心动图左室射血分数值，左室短轴缩短率和6min步行试验（6-MWT）的变化。

The anterior border of all flaps exceeded crista anterior fibulae, and that of 2 flaps reached to the crista anterior tibiae. The width of flap on anterial compartment of the cnemis ranged from 2.5cm to 7.0cm, averagely 4.0 cm.

行前界扩大的改良腓肠肌外侧头肌皮瓣21例，修复的创面位于小腿上1/3段9例，中1/3段前内侧7例，中1/3段前外侧5例。21例皮瓣前缘均超过腓骨前缘，其中2例达胫骨前嵴，位于小腿前骨筋膜室表面的皮瓣部分宽度为2.5~7.0 cm，平均4.0 cm。

结果：①冠状动脉梗塞后左前降支受累最为多见(45%)；②LAD单支病变与前壁、前间隔及心尖部室壁运动异常有关(P.05)。LAD与左回旋支病变，主要为前间隔和下壁运动异常；而单纯的下壁室壁运动异常多为左旋支与右冠状动脉病变引起。3支病变造成心肌运动普遍减低，且以侧壁及前侧壁的室壁运动异常则更为显著(P.05)。

Methods Samples of the infundibular septum from 22 patients with TOF and 8 patients without cardiovascular disease and collagen system disease as control were studied. Collagen was determined by biochemical methods, Pro α mRNA, Pro α mRNA levels were determined by dot blot hybridization.

Results Fifty-eight (93.5%) cases SVA were preoperatively discovered by echocardiography, while 2 (3.2%) misdiagnosed as tetralogy of Fallot and tricuspid regurgitation and 2 (3.2%) missed diagnosis.Accompanying teratisms included frequently ventricular septal defect (33 cases, 53.2 %) and aortic valve dysplasia(11 cases, 17.7%).The rupture site and the drainage chamber were essentially consisted with surgery,while the size of VSD measured by echocardiography was significantly smaller than that measured in operation.

结果 62例患者中，术前超声诊断Valsalva窦瘤破裂58例(符合率93.5%)，误诊为法洛四联症、三尖瓣反流各1例(3.2%)，漏诊2例(3.2%)；常见的合并畸形有干下室间隔缺损(33例，53.2%)、主动脉瓣发育不良伴重度主动脉瓣关闭不全(11例，17.7%)；超声报告窦瘤部位及破人腔室与手术结果一致，超声所测室间隔缺损大小明显低于手术所见。
