This new genus is rather similar to Hemeroscopus Pritykina,1977, but differs from the latter in the following characters:(1) hindwing anal loop is smaller, only with 6-7 cells;(2) Rspl is absent;(3) the hindwing vein CuAa is curved and has five distinct posterior branches;(4) the forewing MP is not shortened, reaching the posterior wing margin slightly beyond the level of the nodus;(5) pterostigmata more distinctly braced;(6) the hindwing area between MP and CuAa is narrow, with only one row of cells near the discoidal triangle.

新属与巴依萨昼蜓HemeroscopusPritykina，1977在形态上比较相似，但在演化程度上更为原始，主要体现在下面几个方面：(1)后翅臀套较小，仅有 6～ 7个翅室；(2 )径增脉缺；(3)后翅CuAa脉弯曲，带有 5个明显的后分支；(4 )前翅MP脉不显短，终止于翅后缘近翅结处；(5 )翅痣下有一个明显的支脉；(6 )后翅CuAa和MP域基部较窄，在三角室下方仅有 1排翅室。

Nighty rats were randomly divided into the groups of control, myocardial infarction and doxycycline, which were given orally 48 hours before and 48 hours after MI with 30mg/Kg per day. Protein and mRNA extraction was done on left ventricular samples containing scar and myocardium together. Samples were assayed from 1 day to 4 weeks post-Mi. The activity of MMPs was measured by zymography and collagen amount by the method of chloramine T, the ratio of II III collagen was assessed by immunohistochemical stain. Protein and mRNA of MMP-2, 9, TIMP-1 were determined by Western-Blot and RT-PCR.

分为对照组、心梗组和治疗组(D组，术前两天至术后两天，口服Doxycycline，30mg／kg／天)，分别于术后第一天、术后一周、术后两周、术后四周取心肌组织，采用免疫组化测定胶原含量和Ⅰ／Ⅲ胶原比例，酶谱法测定心梗后MMP-2，9活性蛋白的表达规律，Western Blotting进一步确定酶谱法中所消化条带蛋白的属性，逆转录-聚合链反应法测定心梗后MMP-2，9和TIMP-1的mRNA的变化规律，运用Acuson Sequoia 512超声心动图机分别测定心梗组、治疗组在两周和四周时左室前壁、后壁厚度以及左心室舒张末内径和左室射血分数。

Results: the positive cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, anterior horn motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater and their expressions were mainly located on cell membrane. interestingly, aqp4 distribution in glial cells and ependymal cells showed certain directivity, but the former was mainly in the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells and the latter mostly in the basolateral membrane of ependymal cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交结果显示胶质细胞、前角运动神经元、中央管室管膜细胞、软脊膜上皮细胞均表达阳性，aqp4主要分布于细胞膜，其中，胶质细胞和中央管室管膜细胞表达存在极性，前者主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧，后者主要分布在中央管室管膜细胞的基底侧膜。

Methods:Paticipants consisted of 32 simple VSD patients and 27 simple PDA patients excluded of any other diseases by physical examintation and electrocardiogram and x-ray. Patients were suggested echocardiography before and one week after the surgerys. Parameters such as Left ventricular ejection fraction、Fractional shortening、Left ventricular end-diastolic dimension、Left ventricular end-systolic dimension、Heart rate and Aortal velocity peak were measured.further more ,the Tei index which is originated from Pulse-wave Doppler and Tissue-Doppler Imaging were also calculated under ECG monitoring.

研究对象与方法：研究对象分别为排除其它心脏疾患的单纯动脉导管未闭患儿及单纯室间隔缺损患儿，手术治疗前后于心电监护下先行常规超声检查，获取心率、R-R间期、左室射血分数、主动脉峰值流速、左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径等值，并分别利用频谱多谱勒及组织多谱勒法测取患儿左室Tei指数(即PW-Tei及TDI-Tei)，多次测量并取其均值。

由此我们得出以下实验结论：经外周动脉逆行左室置管转流方法操作简便、迅速。能明显减少左室前负荷，减少左室作功，降低心肌耗氧量；能维持严重心脏缺血后的平均动脉压，改善冠脉循环灌注和左室功能，具有临床应用的可行性。85%以上转流率对缺血心脏的心功能有潜在的损害效应。以75%左右转流率较为合适。转子泵不适宜用作长时间转流。

Pathologic characteristic of supraglottic carcinoma spreading anterosuperiorly in l00 cas-es was investigated by whole-organ sections of the larynx. The results showed that 75%of supraglottic carcinomas were found to spread anterosuperiorly.In these cases, carcinoma in the epiglottis-ventricular fold accounted for 90%;epiglottic carcinoma 8l.8%; and carcinoma in the ventricular fold 33.3%.

采用喉连续切片技术重点观察100例声门上癌向前上发展的病理特点：声门上癌向前上发展平均为75％，其中会厌室带癌向前上发展的频度最高，为90％，会厌癌为81.8％，室带癌为33.3％，构会壁癌和构区癌未见向前上发展，声门上癌向前上发展以累及会厌前间隙为主，共6O例，其中累及会厌舌面为42例次，累及会厌谷为17例次，累及舌根为12例次，累及甲状软骨前上部为7例次。

There were no nick infection, chorioamnionitis and other complications. Eight/sixteen fetal lambs were undergone intro-utero cardiac intervention. The values of body weight and Hct of lambs which were executed. pre-term and full-term delived were (1.77±0.14) kg vs.(2.15±0.23) kg vs.(2.41±0.19) kg and 29%-33% vs. 27%-35% vs. 37%-41%. In autopsy, hydropericardium was found in 4/8 with 1-2.5 mL and 1/8 with 5 mL. Besides 1/8 with interventricular septum centesis injury, there was no centesis damage to endocardium, valve, chordae tendineae, papillary muscles and aortic tunica intima.

病理解剖发现施行手术的8例胎羊/新生羊胸壁穿刺点均位于左侧心前区，心脏进针部位在左室心前区近心尖部位6例，近流出道1例，近室间隔1例；4只少量心包积液(1~2.5 mL)，1只心包积液5 mL，3只未发现心包积液；除1只胎羊有室间隔穿刺伤外，其余胎羊心内膜、瓣膜、腱索、乳头肌及主动内膜均未发现损伤；未发现肺、肝等胸腹腔脏器穿刺损伤；均未发现心包、胸腔感染迹象。

Weak correlation was found between right ventricular wall thickness and the ratio of early to late peak filling velocity (r=0.294 p＞0.05). However right ventricular filling parameters were unrelated to left ventricular mass index, left ventricular vall thickness, age and blood pressure.
