Three preliminary conclusions could be approached as follows:(1) SST changes were distinctively characteristic of stepwise fluctuations. A warming trend during the last deglaciation was punctuated by a slightly cooling event which corresponded to the Younger Dryas. The Holocene episode could be divided into three phases of warming, continuously high temperature and cooling.(2) Two remarkable cooling records were documented around 4 kaBP and 1.5 kaBP after the megathermal of the Holocene.(3) Comparison between time series of MD05-2904 diatom R SST index and stalagmite δ^18O results from Dongge Cave, Guizhou Province suggested that changes in the East Asian Monsoon climate is synchronous with variations in the SST in the northern SCS since the last deglaciation and they might have a close correlation with each other

结果表明：(1)南海北部15 kaBP以来表层海水温度呈现明显的阶段性波动特点，即末次冰消期气候转暖过程中，12.9~11.5 kaBP前后温度略有下降，与新仙女木事件对应，全新世南海北部气候依次经历了升温期、高温期和降温期3个变化阶段；(2)全新世大暖期鼎盛期结束后，南海北部海水温度阶段下降，两次明显降温分别发生于4 kaBP前后和1.5 kaBP前后；(3) MD05-2904孔硅藻R值时间序列曲线与董哥洞D4石笋δ^18O曲线对比表明，南海北部表层海水温度变化与末次冰消期以来东亚季风强度变化关系较为密切。

本文介绍了笔者跟踪观察记录的，1996年2月3日云南丽江7级地震和1996年11月9日上海东160公里6.1级地震发生前后，气象卫星云图异常特征变化的全过程，并提前2—4天预测出地震发生区域和震级；阐述了我国新疆地震、西藏地震、云南地震、四川汶川8级大地震、台湾地震、伊朗地震、巴基斯坦地震、阿富汗地震、印尼地震和日本地震，发生前后引起气象卫星云图异常变化的不同特征和异常的大气环流；描述了1952年11月4日堪察加8.5级地震和1958年11月6日千岛群岛8.2级地震，1960年5月21日后24日智利发生7.9级地震和8.5级地震，1933年8月25日四川茂汶北迭溪7.5级地震和1976年河北唐山7.8级地震，发生前后大气环流出现异常的特征；分析研究了，我国大旱大涝、局部大暴雨和2008年春季我国21个省发生严重冰冻雨雪灾害，发生的原因是地震活动。

The paper carries on qualitative analysis to the acetone extractives before and after discoloring, shows the main components of the extractives and then takes comparison. The results shows :①The hydroxyl is oxidized and then shifted to the carbonyl,carboxyl, ester and ketone groups during inducing discoloration under the pretreatment conditions,which makes the wood color deep;② There are plenty of auxochromic groups in the acetone extractives of silver chain, the interaction between the auxochromic groups and the chromophoric groups makes the wood color deep.

摘 要：本文通过对刺槐变色前后丙酮抽出物的定性分析，得出变色前后丙酮抽出物的主要成分，进行对比分析，初步得出抽出物对诱发变色的作用为：①变色前后羟基在预处理条件下氧化成羰基，羧基，酯基和酮基等官能团，使木材颜色加深；②刺槐丙酮抽出物的主要成分中含有大量助色基，这些基团会与木素中的发色基团相互作用，使木材颜色加深。

There are experimental results as follows:(1) Eriophorum comosum Nees shows strong cold resistance in plasmalemma permeability research. The lethal temperature of Eriophorum comosum Nees is the lowest LT_(50 in comparison with another two plants and is lower than -11.5℃ in August 2005 and December 2005; Soluble protein content of each plant is rising before or after cold hardiness. By SDS-PAGE, Protein band is analysed. Band quantity of Eriophorum comosum Nees is the most and its band color is darkest.(2) Soluble sugar content of three plants after cold hardiness are higher than before cold hardiness, moreover soluble sugar content after cold hardiness shows a decline and there is a narrow range in Eriophorum comosum Nees; Free Proline accumulation is changed by cold stress, and cold resistance is relative to free Proline accumulation; chlorophyll content of both three plants, including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a/b, show a decline tendency along with the descent of temperature. Cynodon dactylon is highly sensitive to cold stress.(3) The soil POD and urease activities' absolute value of Erioophorum comosum Nees and Pogonatherum panideumHack were more than that of Cynodon dactylon before or after low temperature stress, especially POD activities.

实验结果表明：(1)在膜透性的研究中，丛毛羊胡子草抗寒性最强，采用电导率法测得半致死温度LT_(50最低，丛毛羊胡子草抗寒锻炼前后半致死温度LT_(50均小于-11.5℃；在可溶性蛋白含量研究中，抗寒锻炼前后三种植物的可溶性蛋白含量均增加，同时采用SDS-PAGE法，通过对蛋白条带分析，以丛毛羊胡子草条带数最多且着色深；(2)在可溶性糖的研究中，三种植物经抗寒锻炼后叶片可溶性糖含量都比抗寒锻炼前高，且经过抗寒锻炼后三种植物可溶性糖均呈下降趋势，丛毛羊胡子草可溶性糖含量下降较小；从游离脯氨酸含量可知，低温的胁迫影响了植物叶片游离脯氨酸的含量变化，植物的抗寒性与游离脯氨酸有关；低温胁迫下三种植物叶绿素含量随着温度的下降，叶绿素含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a／b均呈下降趋势，狗牙根对低温胁迫最为敏感；(3)低温锻炼前后，丛毛羊胡子草和金发草的土壤过氧化物酶与脲酶活性的绝对值均大于狗牙根的，特别是过氧化物酶，说明丛毛羊胡子草和金发草的酶活性大于狗牙根的。

The pattern of lunar cycle can be classified into three strategies:(1) Planulation of S. hystrix and P. damicornis showed clear lunar periodicity and the peak of larval release shifted with different months. The peak of planulation occurred around the full moon in winter then shifted gradually to the first quarter moon phase in summer. The phase shift of larval release may be related to the seasonal variation of seawater temperature and the sudden temperature drops caused by upwelling.(2) Planulation of S. pistillata showed clear lunar periodicity and the peak of larval release occurred around the full moon.

在月周期方面可分成三种生殖策略：(1)尖枝列孔珊瑚与细枝鹿角珊瑚释放幼生不但有明显的月周期，而且释放幼生的高峰会随著月份而移动，由冬季至夏季期间，高峰从满月前后转变至上弦月前后；再由夏季至冬季期间，高峰从上弦月前后转变至满月前后，而此变动形成一个完整的年周期，原因可能与海水温度影响配子发育和胚胎速度与夏季期间涌升流所造成的降温有关。

The major content of this thesis are as follows:1 Performed FEM analysis before strengthening, and to find out the reason for the cracking and present a strengthening scheme;2 Performed nonlinear FEM analysis before and after strengthening, and to get the varying rule of the relative displacement between the on-site cast concrete side wall and that between the precast concrete arch and the floor, as well as the stress distribution of the gallery;3 Performed on-site observation experiments on the 7~th gallery, and to get the varying rule of the relative displacement between the on-site cast concrete side wall, as well as that between the precast concrete arch and the floor.4 The results of the computation were compared with those of experiments, which verified the effect of the strengthening.

本文的主要工作有： 1 对加固之前的廊道结构进行有限元计算，找出廊道底板开裂的原因，提出加固方案； 2 对加固前后廊道结构进行非线性有限元计算，得到加固前后廊道两现浇边墙相对位移、拱顶与底板相对位移随水库水位变化的规律和廊道结构的应力分布情况； 3 进行廊道加固前后现场观测试验，得到廊道两现浇边墙相对位移以及拱顶与底板相对位移随水库水位变化的规律； 4 对比分析加固前后现场观测试验与非线性有限元计算所得结果，论证加固方案的合理性，验证加固效果。

By synthetically analyzing the variation characteristics of pre-earthquake anomaly before five moderate-strong earthquakes in East China since 1990,discussing the pre-earthquake anomalous shape of b value and so on we obtained the comprehensive criteria for medium and short-term earthquake anomaly before moderately strong earthquake in East China:high YH value anomaly—low b value anomaly—low C and YH value anomaly—low Ds and Dt and Σ value anomaly and high b value anomaly—earthquake.

通过对华东地区1990年以来5次中强以上地震震前异常变化的综合分析，探讨了b值，Ds，Dt，C值， YH值，Σ值震前异常形态，并归纳出华东地区中强地震发生前测震学中短期异常的综合判据：YH值高值异常(主要出现在震前3年前后)—b值低值异常(平均出现在震前2年前后)—C、YH值低值异常(大体出现在震前1～2年前后)—Ds，Dt值低值异常、Σ值低值异常、b值高值异常(主要出现在震前1年内或稍长)—发震的模式。
