In 2008,one year before the decennial, we are going to introspect and memorize, to express the culture and life style before and after handover. Invited artists from Hong Kong and Macau are getting between our daily life and think about the changes and affections which handover brings to us, and the development of a city which is often challenging human's culture, so as to show artist's notion of live and city development.

在2008年…澳门回归十周年前的一年，作一个反思和回想，以艺术作品表达艺术家对于回归前后的文化与生活模式的表现；展览邀请香港及本地艺术家以不同的方式介入我们的日常生活，思考回归对我们的生活影响与实质的改变，以及经常挑战着人类文化的城市发展，呈现艺术家对生活与城市发展的想法。

The distribution of temperature stress was calculated by finite element analysis. The results showed when the surface temperature of concrete was higher than 110℃, the temperature stress was more than 4 MPa without regard to the creep. This might be lead to the damage of the surface of concrete. At the same time, a lot of microstructure analysiss such as XRD, SEM, IR, HSA etc. were done to analysis the difference of the component and microstructre of concrete before and after corrosion. The results indicated that the decomposion of CSH gel and calcium hydroxide and the creation of dilatability calcium oxide were the internal reason of the deterioration of concrete in the corrosion form of high heat.

该文通过有限元方法计算了由于温度而产生的结构应力分布，计算结果表明当混凝土表面温度超过110℃时，如不考虑徐变时表层混凝土受到的温度应力将超过4MPa，这使得表层混凝土很容易因温度应力而破坏；同时通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微分析和混凝土孔结构分析等多种微观结构测试手段，分析了混凝土受热前后的宏观性能以及微观组成和结构的变化，指出混凝土原水化产物如水化硅酸钙凝胶和氢氧化钙的分解以及膨胀性产物氧化钙的产生是高热腐蚀形式下混凝土破坏的内在原因。

根据三峡地区的数字高程模型，模拟三峡二期工程蓄水位达到 135m后的水体负载，利用Far rell提出的质量负荷产生的地球形变理论，推算三峡水库水位达到 135m后整个库区的垂直形变，与三峡库区GPS形变监测网获得的蓄水前后的垂直形变图像进行对比分析，结果显示：在三斗坪巴东库段，两者中都出现了 3个相同的、明显的垂直形变集中区。

The main content consists of three parts:(1) analyzing the structural dynamic changing rule considering SSI effect;(2) analyzing the earthquake response of traditional non-shake -isolate frameworks before or after considering SSI effect, and then summarizing the rules that how factors such as base-soil elastic modulus and damping ratio effect structural horizontal deflection, displacement between floors and girder-end moment;(3) analyzing the earthquake response of shake-isolate frameworks considering SSI effect or not, indicating the changes after considering SSI effect and the performance of rubber shake-isolate pad.

本文采用通用有限元程序ANSYS，对在7度多遇地震时El Centro波作用下框架的地震响应进行了分析，主要内容分为三部分：（1）分析了考虑SSI效应后结构的动力特性变化规律；（2）对传统非隔震框架结构考虑SSI效应前后的地震响应进行了分析，总结出地基土弹性模量、体系阻尼比等因素对结构各层水平位移、层间位移以及梁端弯矩的影响规律；（3）对考虑与不考虑SSI效应的基础隔震结构的地震响应进行了分析，指出了考虑SSI效应后基础隔震结构地震响应的变化规律和隔震效果。

Firstly, based on literature review and qualitative surveys, the modified risk factors that affecting the effect of hypertension management in the underdeveloped rural area were identified, the specific questionnaire and SIPHF were developed, and the first cross-sectional study was conducted. Secondly, the surveyed population were then divided into intervention group and control group, and periodic health education and following up were conducted to the intervention group for six months; Thirdly, the second cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention by qualitative and quantitative survey, the indicators include the knowledge awareness rate and the right belief rate for hypertension control, and the behavior prevalence related to hypertension intervention, the disease burden, the life quality and clinical outcomes resulted from hypertension, the dynamic tendency of blood pressure and the patients\' satisfaction. And the factors related to the effect of hypertension management was evaluated; Finally, SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the intervention process and effect, based on the results of qualitative and quantitative surveys on the factors related to effect of the intervention, and to provide evidence-based suggestions for SIPHF improvement and policy-making in the underdeveloped rural area in China.

首先，在文献综述和定性调查的基础上，确认影响欠发达地区农村高血压患者管理效果的因素，设计调查问卷和高血压管理方案，并开展第一次横断面调查；其次，将调查乡镇分为试验组和对照组，对试验组患者开展健康教育和定期的随访管理，对照组患者则按常规工作对待；第三，实施规范化管理6个月后，采用定量调查和定性访谈等方式评价管理效果，通过第二次横断面调查，对试验组与对照组干预前后的危险因素变化情况及干预效果进行评估，评估内容包括患者的知识、信念和行为等与高血压防治有关的危险因素指标，及其产生的疾病负担、生活质量、临床指标、血压水平变化趋势、干预组满意度等结果指标，并分析影响高血压干预效果的因素；最后，采用SWOT分析，根据定性和定量调查结果分析该类地区今后全面开展该项工作所面临的内部和外部环境因素，并为欠发达地区农村高血压规范化管理方案完善及政策制定提供循证建议。

The results indicate that it is possible to identify and distinguish these siccative oils because the unsaturated acid had changed into azelaic due to oxidation and polymerization during the drying process to make the chromatogram of siccative oils have a typical peak of C9 compound and provide a finger marker of m/z 217, and the concentration ratio of palmitic acid to stearic acid remains constant with time to facilitate the differentiation of oils.

Inaddition,we extract total RNA from cultural U251 cell of humanglioma,make coding gene extron amplification of TfR through ReverseTranscription-Polymerase Chain Reaction,construct expressionplasmid of pCDNA3.1-TfR after digestion of enzyme andconjunction,do transfection to U251 cell by liposome afteridentification,cause excess expression,detect the efficiency of transientexpression of TfR protein by pEGFPN1-TfR, sieve positive cell ofpCDNA3.1-TfR through G418, choose positive cell clone, detect theexpression of TfR in anteroposterior period through Western blot,FCM,cell immunochemistry and mRNA through RT-PCR, identify the effect of transfection.

另外，培养人脑胶质瘤U251细胞，进行细胞总RNA抽提，运用RT-PCR方法进行TfR基因的完整编码区外显子的扩增，经过酶切、连接后构建pCDNA3.1-TfR的表达质粒，鉴定正确后按脂质体转染方法转染人胶质瘤U251细胞，使其过量表达，通过pEGFPN1-TfR检测其瞬时转染的效率；用G418对稳定表达pCDNA3.1-TfR的细胞进行筛选，挑选阳性细胞克隆，运用Western blot、流式细胞检测技术和细胞免疫化学以及mRNA半定量的方法检测TfR在转染前后的表达水平，鉴定转染的效果。

Specifically, we will (1) perform electrophysiological study on the interaction of CTXs with cardiomyocytes stripped of specific GAGs,(2) study the binding of CTXs from spitting cobra venom with corneal tissue and examine the possible involvement of GAGs in the disruption of regular superstructure of collagen fibril and (3) examine the role of polyproline peptide sequence of P-type CTXs in the lytic action of CTXs. The results of this study will not only help delineate the mechanism of cobra CTXs, a long standing problem in the toxicity of cobra venom, but also suggest a new approach to develop CTXs into a potential drug for cancer.
