采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型，应用大、小剂量萎胃康颗粒进行治疗，并以三九胃泰作为阳性对照药物，应用计算机图象自动分析系统分析给药前后各组胃黏膜G细胞、D细胞的数量和平均光密度变化。

Methods: Consult VP diagnosis standard of American psychiatry institute what WHO promulgated, we chose 80 VD sufferer. We adopt study method of random and comfort drug comparison, both blind method to dose and front and bank of oneself chiasma test. We chose MMSE and ADL to evaluate curative effect through comparing Statistic mark before cure and after cure. Results: We had treated 72 VD sufferer on Jiannaoyizhi capsule. In these patients, there are 15 obvious efficiency, 38 efficiency and 19 inefficiency. The total efficiency is 73.61%. It has obvious reform action on cognizing obstacle and behavior.

参照WHO公布的美国精神病学会VD诊断标准入选VD患者80例，采用随机安慰剂对照，双盲给药，自身前后交叉试验的研究法，选择简易智能量表、日常生活自理能力量表于疗程前后统计分值变化进行疗效评估石结果：健脑益智胶囊治疗VD患者72例，显效15例，有效38例，无效19例，总体有效率73.61%，对VD患者的认知障碍和行为均有明显改善作用，其效应明显优于安慰剂(P.05)。

Their sex proportion、pretransplant Hb、pre- and post-transplant BP、diuretic therapy、immunosuppressive drugs、native kidney nephrectomy、pre-transplant lymphotoxin cross test and prePTE S cr/BUN were recorded and analysed. The results showed that those nonAza treated hypertensive male recipients with higher pre-transplant Hb and excellent allograft function were susceptible to PTE.

分别记录其性别组成、移植前Hb、移植前后高血压发病情况、利尿剂应用、免疫抑制药、自体肾是否切除、移植后发病前SCr／BUN及移植前淋巴毒交叉试验，并与总体对照比较，发现PTE好发于移植前Hb较高、移植前后血压较高、不服用Aza而肾功能良好的男性肾移植病人。

Rats with CHF were divided randomly into two groups, one group was injected dexamethasone(1mg /kg) intramuscularly at the first and forth day respectively,the other group was injected equi-volume saline likewise, and observing the changes of symptoms of rats with CHF; measuring rats hemodynamics index including blood pressure, heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure 4 days later. Part 2: To measure every group rats myocardialα1、β1、β2、β3-AR density by immunohistochemical method ,and to understand the AR density changes .Taking the first part rats'myocardium tissues for testing myocardialα1、β1、β2、β3-AR density and 5 normal rats for normo-contrast group and taking gray scale of slice as AR density. Part 3: The study enrolled 35 patients with DCHF. Patients were included if they had orthopnea and refractory edema due to acute DCHF that was severe and had taken more 1 week hospitalization and intravenous therapy in addition to diuretics.

However, the relationship between skin temperature regulation over the area with trigger points and referred pain is still unknown. Therefore, to implement the use of infrared thermogram as a plausible tool for the clinical assessment of referred pain in MPS and treatment assessment, current study will propose a human experiment based on the thermo-changes in skin temperature for patient with MPS.

方法首先是将筋膜炎症候群与正常成人对照观察在颈椎做触诊矫正治疗前后二组受试者所侦测到的皮肤表面温度与视觉分析痛觉、颈部关节活动度、激痛点疼痛阀值等资料作前后比较分析其差异性。

Result After addition of wood vinegar, the fermentation temperature of sawdust was obviously increased, and the highest temperature reached 67.0℃,being 3.5℃ higher than that of CK, and the days when fermentation temperature was above 55℃ reached 57 d, being 40 d more than that of CK. After addition of wood vinegars, the bulk density, water-holding voidage and total voidage of sawdust before and after maturity were all higher than that of CK, pH value and EC value were all lower than that of CK, and the proportion of sawdust whose particle size was smaller than 0.5 mm was higher than that of CK, and that of sawdust whose particle size was 0.5-1.0 mm and bigger than 1.0 mm were lower than that of CK.

结果］添加木醋后，木屑的发酵温度明显提高，最高温度为67.0℃，比对照高3.5℃，发酵温度大于55℃的天数达到57 d，比对照多40 d；添加木醋后，木屑的容重、持水空隙度和总空隙度腐熟前后均高于对照，pH值和EC值均低于对照，粒径＜0.5 mm的木屑所占比重高于对照，粒径为0.5~1.0 mm和＞1.0 mm的木屑所占比重均低于对照。

Our experiment aim at use the acupuncture method"Wang's Jiaji points"which created by the famous doctor Leting wang from Beijing hospital of TCM at the early days of the stroke patients to prevent and treat hypermyotonia,prevent muscle spasm or lessen the spasm level,to improve the stroke patient's ADL.that study is a prospective , randomized, double-blind,parallel-group,use the random digits table method,and compared with the"twelve points of hands and feet",which used frequently at acupuncture department of Beijing hospital of TCM.we use the NIHSS scale, improved Ashworth scale,domestic Fugl-Meyer scale, castigatory MBI scale to score the patients'muscular tension and motor function improvement condition.

本试验旨在在中风病人患病早期应用北京中医院名老中医王乐亭先生的&王氏夹脊穴&预防性治疗肌张力增高，防止肌痉挛的出现或减轻其痉挛程度，以改善中风患者的生活质量。在试验设计方面以北京中医院针灸科目前治疗中风应用较多的&手足十二针&为对照治疗方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照设计。并应用NIHSS、改良的Ashworth量表、国内简化的Fugl-Meyer运动评分法、修订的巴氏指数评分方法对患者治疗前后进行评分以了解患者肌张力增高情况及运动功能改善情况。

Methods Sixty-seven eyes of 50 patients with dry eye received a silicone punctum plug as treatment. Of the 50 patients, there were 17 males and 33 females, and the average age was 37 years. All patients were followed up for three months. A Schirmer Ⅰ test and break-up time were used as measurements before treatment and one and three months after treatment. These measurements were used to evaluate the efficacy of using this treatment for dry eye.

确诊为干眼症的患者50例67眼，均予以泪小点塞治疗，其中接受单眼治疗患者33例，双眼治疗患者17例，按常规记录治疗前、治疗后1个月和3个月的基础泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间，检查的结果按两种方法分组进行统计分析，Ⅰ组45例60眼进行治疗前后自身对照，Ⅱ组30例单眼治疗患者左右眼同期对照。
