Vasoligation and deferent vein ligation is an effective treatment for BPH. In addition, this procedure has advantages including minimized invasion, less risk, as well as low cost.

结扎输精管及其静脉是治疗老年前列腺增生症的一种有效方法，手术小、风险少、费用低。

Results: Two years after surgery, the patients who underwent vasoligation and deferent vein ligation showed significant improvements in IPSS, MFR, AFR when compared with the patients receiving Finasteride orally.

结果：术后两年与术前对比，手术结扎输精管及其静脉组患者的IPSS、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、前列腺体积以及膀胱残余尿量都有显著改善。

The rats in control group were given distilled water, and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule（4.0、2.0、1.0g/kg）, then enhance the capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats by using xylic acid,and the OD numerical value was detected.

(1)抗炎实验：将40只小鼠随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及对照组各10只，补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别给予相应剂量的补肾利浊胶囊(分别为4.0、2.0、1.0 g/kg)，对照组给予蒸馏水，采用二甲苯酸致小鼠腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性增高，测定光密度值；(2)镇痛实验：40只小鼠分组及给药同抗炎实验，采用腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠出现扭体反应，纪录扭体次数并计算镇痛百分率；(3)抗前列腺炎实验：将雄性大鼠50只随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及模型对照组及正常对照组，各10只。

Methods ①anti-inflammatory trial: 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, high-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group, middle-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group and low-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group(10 rats in each group).the rats in control group were given distilled water, and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule（4.0、2.0、1.0g/kg）, then enhance the capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats by using xylic acid,and the od numerical value was detected.
