Methods:stimulating the animal model of rats with the experimental prostatitis by injecting carrageenin into rat prostates.We compared the model group with other groups which had taken Nanyanxiao granule,and made pathological examination of prostate.

采用向大鼠前列腺组织内注入角叉菜胶的方法复制大鼠前列腺炎模型，并分别对模型组及口服男炎消冲剂后的大鼠组进行前列腺组织病理学检查。

Results All Qianliean groups could inhibit the inflammation caused by carrageenin, increases the density of prostate tissue lecithin, and could suppress the lint ball granuloma formation obviously and has the obvious inhibitory action on the blood capillary permeability increasing.

结果 前列安颗粒小、中、大剂量均可抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠前列腺非细菌性炎症，增加前列腺组织内卵磷脂小体密度，并可明显抑制棉球肉芽肿形成；对二甲苯所致小鼠炎症均有明显抑制作用；可明显抑制0.6%醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加。

分析膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力良性前列腺增生48例患者的临床资料，包括诊断，尿动力学检查，治疗及随访结果。结果：37例经尿流动力学检查，诱发存在逼尿肌不稳定，伴膀胱内压达40 cmh2o以上，采取turp，术后留置膀胱造瘘管（1~8）周后全部拔除，排尿通畅。11膀胱内压始终未达到40 cmh2o，且在膀胱注水充盈过程中无逼尿肌不稳定出现，行膀胱造瘘后出院，（1~3）个月后经尿动力学检查复查膀胱逼尿肌收缩力，其中7例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能有恢复，行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治愈；剩余4例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能几乎无任何改善。长期留置膀胱造瘘治疗。结论：良性前列腺增生导致膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力患者，术前应用尿流动力学检查对膀胱逼尿肌损伤程度进行认真分析，可进行有针对性的治疗。

Methods: One hundred and sixty patients receiving systematic 13-core biopsy of the prostate were randomized into two groups. Group A (84 cases) received an injection of 5 ml 1% lidocaine into the prostatic neurovascular bundles on each side at the base of the prostate under ultrasound guidance.
