Methods 6 cases of COPD with giant bullae were treated by videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery and a small incision.Before the operation,the patient's dyspnea were graded by HughJones:2 cases were classⅡ,4 cases were class Ⅲ.

采用胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗COPD合并巨大肺大疱6例，患者术前HughJones呼吸困难分级：Ⅱ级2例，Ⅲ级4例。

Observe the healing time, time of hospitalization, first defecating time, defecating state in one week, one month and three months post operation, awareness of defecation, the ability of defecation controlling, the complication rate associated with creating of stoma, etc.

观察两组病例切口愈合时间、住院时间、首次排便时间；术后一周、一个月、三个月人工肛门排便情况；排便前是否有便意；自主控制排便的能力；与造口有关的并发症发生率等。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of bladder douched with ciprofloxacin before operation for preventing incision infection.

100 patients were devided into two groups: observing group and control group.30 minute before bladder operation ,The patients of observing group were douched with ciprofloxacin, but NS were given in the control group.

目的 ：探讨环丙沙星用于膀胱手术前灌注预防切口感染的效果。方法：将 1 0 0例膀胱手术病人随机分成实验组和对照组各 5 0例。

Result: Seven cases were showed local adhesion between intestines;omenta and abdominal wall. One case was entensive adhesion in abdominal cavity . Five patients were performed laporoscopic operation successfully while one case had intestinal impairment and was converted to laparotomy.

结果：气腹造影CT扫描7例均清晰显示肠管、网膜与腹壁切口局限性的粘连，其余区域未见粘连，1例为腹腔弥漫性广泛粘连。5例实施腹腔镜手术均顺利，腹腔镜手术所见与术前判断完全吻合，仅1例发生1处肠管损伤。
