方法］以0.2%、0.5% 2个浓度剂量的复方磺胺喹恶啉钠分别给7日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡连续饮水14d，建立磺胺喹恶啉钠雏鸡人工中毒试验模型，试验鸡只按正常免疫程序免疫新城疫，观察鸡群的临床表现，分别在用药后第7天和第14天分别剖杀试验雏鸡，称量体重，测量免疫器官指数和新城疫抗体水平，观察剖检病变及病理组织学变化，评价应用磺胺喹恶啉钠对雏鸡的影响。
