Objective: To observe the changes of P-VEP of reverse occlusion and reverse occlusion combined with pattern stimulus therapy in esotropic kittens, and evaluate the reliability of amblyopic curative effect of pattern stimulus.

目的：观察斜视性弱视幼猫反转遮盖和反转遮盖+模式刺激治疗的图形视诱发电位（pattern visual evoked potential， P-VEP）改变，评价模式刺激治疗斜视性弱视幼猫效果的可靠性。

The lateral rectus muscle of one eye was sectioned under anaesthesia in order to induce an esotropic squint in strabismic group and therapeutic group. In therapeutic groups, the non-squint eyelids of six 8-week-old esotropic kittens were sutured to induce the model of occlusion therapy, another six kittens were reversely occluded combined with pattern stimulus therapy.

斜视组和治疗组均在4周龄时行外直肌切断+部分切除手术，产生内斜视。8周龄时，治疗组行非斜视眼眼睑缝合造成遮盖治疗模型，其中6只猫只接受自然刺激治疗，另6只猫追加模式刺激治疗。

Regardless of the experiment conditions are under single stimulus or double stimulus, the result will come up with their apparent selective bias, when Ns meet with negative words, when Ss meet with positive words, when Is meet with introversion words and when Es meet with extroversive words. And our study proves that there exist the trait-congruency effects.

综上所述，本研究分别采用了HE染色、免疫组化、免疫印迹等技术手段，从针刺作用于机体的始动环节——针体对浅筋膜的牵拉和对肌肉的刺激着手，区别于以往的&穴位刺激——靶器官反应&的对于针灸研究的传统模式，且从观察ERK1/2和P38两种信号蛋白变化的角度，来探讨针刺作用于机体在生物学层面的普遍的机制，这是从筋膜角度研究针刺机理的一个新的尝试。

The re-suits showed that IL level in serum of Ⅰ group goats decreased, whereas that of Ⅱ group goats increased, TNF-α levels in serum and IL-2 in supernatant with proliferation of PBL of goats increased after infection. PBL of goats was responsible for antigen 1 week after infection. Immune response of PBL of goats infected with Fasciola hepatica on the special and non-special antigen obviously increased. The results suggested that TNF-α would participate in the course of liver damage caused by Fasciola hepatica.

结果表明，山羊试验感染肝片吸虫后，Ⅰ组山羊血清IL-2水平在感染后有所下降，而Ⅱ组山羊血清IL-2水平在感染后有所升高；感染不同剂量肝片吸虫的山羊血清TNF-α水平和淋巴细胞IL-2分泌水平均有不同程度的升高，在感染后第1周淋巴细胞就有反应，并且对非特异性刺激原和特异性刺激原的应答都有显著升高。

Skin stimulation test and implantation in vivo found no abscess and fistule formation. Histological section showed there was moderate inflammatory reaction of forign object exciation at the early stage of implantation. At the intermediate stage, inflammatory cells decreased, mainly including lymphocytes, and there was little inflammatory reaction and antigen reaction. Meanwhile, SIS degraded sequently. At 12 weeks, SIS was almost completely degraded and absorbed.

皮肤刺激试验和体内植入研究发现，无脓肿及瘘管形成，组织切片发现SIS植入后组织反应在早期呈现出异物刺激引起轻中度炎性反应，中期时炎症细胞减少，以淋巴细胞为主，炎症反应和抗原反应都较小，同时进行程序性的降解。12周时SIS几乎完全降解吸收。

METHODS: A model of T cell activation and proliferation was established by stimulated the cells with Con A.T cells were treated with different concentrations of CPT. The expression of CD69, the early marker of CD3(superscript +) T cell activation, was measured by FACS. The proliferation index was determined by carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester by flow cytometry. The cell-cycle distribution was analyzed by propidium iodide staining.

以ConA刺激小鼠T淋巴细胞，建立小鼠T淋巴细胞活化、增殖的模型，以不同浓度的CPT作用于该模型，流式细胞术检测T细胞早期活化标志CD69分子的表达；以活体染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸染色流式细胞术分析CPT在ConA刺激下小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖相关指数；以碘化丙啶染色流式细胞术分析细胞周期的分布情况。

Methods: A model to evaluate lymphocyte proliferation stimulated with a polyclonal activator, concanavalin A, was established by vital dye carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester labeling technique. Effects of the different doses of anisomycin on the lymphocyte proliferation were estimated by flow cytometry and MTT methods. The propidium iodide labeling technique was applied to assay the effect of the different doses of anisomycin on changes of the lymphocyte cell-cycle stimulated by ConA or by phorbol ester plus Ionomycin. The percentage of the expression level of CD69 and CD25 on the activated lymphocytes was evaluated by fluorescin-conjugated monoclonal antibody double labeling technique.

以活体染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯染色，建立在多克隆刺激剂刀豆蛋白A刺激下评价小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的模型，通过流式细胞术和MTT法分析茴香霉素在不同剂量下对淋巴细胞增殖的作用；采用碘化丙锭染色分析茴香霉素对ConA或佛波醇酯加离子霉素刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞周期变化的作用；利用荧光标记的单克隆抗体双染技术和流式细胞术观察茴香霉素对小鼠CD3~+T细胞早期及中期活化标志分子CD69和CD25表达的影响。

In fundic strips, ghrelin and GHRP-6 could decrease the on-response induced relaxation and increase off-response induced contraction of the muscle, with the effect of Ghrelin obviously stronger than that of GHRP-6.L-NNA could increase the effects of Ghrelin and GHRP-6-induced muscle contraction, and L-AA could decrease their effects.

在胃底部，Ghrelin和GHRP-6可使开电刺激诱导的平滑肌舒张活动减弱，断电刺激诱导的肌条收缩活动增强，且Ghrelin作用明显强于GHRP-6.L-NNA可显著增强Ghrelin和GHRP-6的促平滑肌收缩效应，但L-AA可显著减弱该作用。

Mean fungistatic rate to mold was99.99%.The acute oral LD50 was 1302.5 mg/kg in mice.This product was non-irritant to skin,but slightly irritant to eye.

结果：驱蚊保护时间达6h以上；抑菌率达99.99%；小鼠急性经口LD50为1302.25mg/kg；对家兔皮肤刺激积分值为0，48h后对眼刺激平均指数为0.5。
