制造方法

I had never handled a tool in my life, and yet in time by labour, application, and contrivance, I found at last that I wanted nothing but i could have made it, especially if 1 had had tools; however i made abundance of things, even without tools, and some with no more tools than an adze and a hatchet, which perhaps were never made that way before, and that with infinite labour.

我一生从未使用过任何工具，但久而久之，以我的劳动、勤勉和发明设计的才能，我终于发现，只要有适当的工具，我什么东西都能做。尽管我没有什么工具，却也制造了许多东两，有些东西制造时，仅用了一把手斧和一把斧头。我想没有人会用我的方法制造东西，也没有人会像我这样付出无穷的劳动。

Secondly, the web-based remote monitoring and diagnosis system is studied, and then the architecture of remote monitoring and diagnosis system is established in integrated environment of Infranet / Intranet / Internet and the integration methods of information in these environment is discussed, at the same time, the model architecture and key techniques of remote collaborative diagnosis are studied/Then a kind of remote monitoring and diagnosis system model based on mobile agent is established, and the system realization methods are discussed on IBM Aglet platform.

本文首先阐述了国内外远程监测诊断系统的研究现状和发展趋势；其次，在分析了目前制造装备远程监测诊断模式存在不足的基础上，并在Infranet／Intranet／Internet集成环境下，提出了基于Web的制造装备远程监测诊断系统的体系结构，探讨了系统的信息集成方式；然后对远程协同诊断技术以及如何将移动Agent用于制造装备远程监测诊断系统进行了研究，并以IBM的Aglet平台为例论述了系统的实现方法。

After dissertating the field feature of machinery industry and the problem that PDM System for machinery Industry should solve, this paper put forward the architecture of the PDM system applied to middle and little machinery manufacture enterprise. By using IDEFx method, we construct enterprise information models. Then we design the database and the the PDM system according the architecture, so as to create a informatization and integration environment of design and research for enterprise.

文中首先探讨了机械工业的行业特点和中小型机械制造企业PDM系统应解决的问题，在此基础上提出了适用于中小型机械制造企业的PDM系统的体系结构，并用IDEFx方法建立了企业信息模型，然后设计了该系统的数据库，最后按照该体系结构设计开发了这一PDM系统，从而为中小型机械制造企业提供了一个信息化、集成化的设计开发环境。

It has been used in high-pressure vessel manufacture and validated. The quality would be improved of high-pressure vessel manufactured. The consumed material would be reduced and the productivity increased, the working intension and cost reduced, the economic benefit increased at the same time.
