While the up-flow reactor is the key equipment in medium- and high-consistency clean bleach process, including oxygen delignification、hydrogen peroxide bleach、chlorine dioxide bleach、 ozone bleach, the flow characteristics of the medium consistency pulp in up-flow reactor have significant impact on the quality and the efficiency of the bleach reaction. In this work, a series of equipments are designed and manufactured for a systematic and deep study on the flow characteristics of the medium consistency pulp in up-flow reactor.

而升流式反应器是中高浓清洁漂白工艺（包括氧气脱木素、过氧化氢漂白、二氧化氯漂白、臭氧漂白等工艺）中的大型关键设备，中浓纸浆在升流式漂白反应器中的流动特性与漂白反应的质量、效率都有密切关系，因此本研究自行设计和制造了相关的实验设备，对中浓纸浆在升流式反应器中的流动特性进行了较为系统、深入的研究。
