本文对在蓄冰溶液中加入添加剂和换热表面改性这两种抑制冰晶在换热面上粘附的方法进行了研究，同时综述和比较了国内外各种形式动态制取冰浆的方法，并结合工业的实际应用，设计出了一种壳管式冰浆生成器，搭建了溶液动态制冰实验台，对冰晶在其管束换热面上粘附的过程进行了理论和实验研究。
