The object of this paper is the ZPT-650B disc brake of China Coal Research Institute Shanghai Branch, a three-dimensional transient thermal and stress coupled FEM model is established which confirms to the trim size of the disk as well as regard the coupled problem.

本文以煤炭科学研究总院上海分院的ZPT-650B防爆型盘式制动器为对象，按照制动盘的实际尺寸，充分考虑了制动盘的温度场和应力场耦合问题，建立了三维循环对称有限元模型。
