In view of the polydispersity and unhomogeneous molecular weight of soda lignin in pulping black liquor, the method which firstly classify lignin then react in homogeneous system has been adopted for a long-term to chemically modify the soda lignin, in order to improve the integral performance of lignin technical products effectively. However, there are following drawbacks in this technology: the low ultilization of lignin, and difficult seperation from the reaction system.

鉴于制浆黑液中的碱木素具有多分散性较大、分子不均一的特点，为有效提高技术木素产品的整体性能，长期以来采用先级分木素、后在均相体系中反应的方法，对碱木素进行化学改性，但此法存在木素利用率低产品难从反应相中分出的缺陷。

The result indicates that with the development of city and increase in country economy, the ratio of land use improved gradually. Neijiang Downtown was in the stage of adjustment, but the degree of land use of the whole city were in the stage of development.Because of implementation of protecting cultivated land policy,this trend of change is unnotable,so Neijiang city was in the stage of steady development.

结果表明：随着内江市城市化的发展以及农村工业化的增长，土地利用率逐渐提高；除市中区处于调整期外，各区县及整个内江市的土地利用程度处于一种上升趋势；由于耕地保护政策的有效实施，整体趋势变化幅度不大，内江市的土地利用处于一个平稳发展时期。

The water-saving technologies in field are researched and concerned relatively weak,especially in the water deficit conditions,how to utilize the synthesis effects of water and fertilizer,increase the efficient utilization of soil water in saline soil,which are researched unprofound,the mechanism unclear,cant adapt the time requirements of agricultural water-saving.

A major challenge of the heterogeneous wireless networks is how to jointly utilize the resources of different radio access technologies in an efficient manner. Because of the different system capacities of BS/AP and ununiformity of traffic distribution in different cells, quantities of new calls may be blocked in the overloaded cell in some hot spots; whereas its neighboring under-loaded BS/AP have superfluous bandwidth. In order to raise resource utilization of heterogeneous networks, several novel load balancing strategies are proposed, which combine the call admission control and multi-hop routing protocol of ad-hoc network.
