判断的标准

As there is the difference between the judicial review about the administrative affirmance of facts in administrative litigation and the review about the affirmance of facts in civil litigation and criminal litigation and there is the difference between the judicial review and the administrative affirmance of facts, on the premise of the necessary respect for the administrative affirmance of facts, courts should, based on whether the process of the administrative affirmance of facts and the putative facts is rational or not, adopt different judicial review standard to the different generic problem of administrative facts .

正由于法院在行政诉讼中对行政机关认定事实的司法审查，有别于刑事、民事诉讼的事实认定，行政诉讼中的事实审查也不同于行政机关的事实认定，因此，法院应当在尊重行政机关对事实问题所作出判断的基础上，以行政机关认定事实过程及其推定的事实是否合理为基点，针对个案具体情形的差异，采用不同的审查标准，对不同类的行政事实问题予以审查。

Establishent of quality control model with HMF as a bioactive standard marker will be crucial issue in the future.

目前在台湾，梅产品还没有一个可以判断品质优的标准，市面上的产品品质也是差齐，在品质管制方面一直无法获得人满意的成果，透过HMF 的定性定分析，可确初步品质管制的模式，为梅产品订出一个简有效且具代表性的化学指纹图，使所有同一产程的产品一致化以及标准化，这将对於梅子产业有相当大的助，仅可以提升梅子的经济价值，并且增加在市场上的竞争，因此用HMF 作为Bioactive standard marker，并且为梅产品建起品质管制模式在未将会是相当重要的研究之一。

Politeness is a pragmatic phenomenon, which has become a consensus in the academia of phrase using, politeness is usually been interpreted as a strategy to achieve some purpose, such as to increase or maintain the harmonious relations between the two sides. In recognition of the universality of politeness, we must also recognize that the relative nature of politeness, that is, the standards that people used to determine politeness have diverseness.

Based on this theory and taking into consideration of the specific circumstances of the S district of Wenzhou area, I classified the ideal ego into the following two types:(1) Traditional type, represented by special trusts among individuals that have mutual blood, emotional and regional ties, and an "inborn" repulsion towards people outside their circle;(2) Modern type, kinship is not used as the only or main criteria for judging people's trustworthiness, they're more willing to see if others are trustworthy through long term cooperation and they don't keep their doors shut to strangers.

根据这一理论，结合温州S地区的具体情况，我把自我的理想类型分为以下两种：（1）传统型，表现为对于和自己有血缘关系和以此类推的情缘、地缘关系的人具有特别的信任，而对于此圈以外的人则具有"天生的"排斥心理。（2）现代型，指不以血缘关系作为衡量他人是否可信的唯一，甚至是主要的标准，他们更愿意通过长期的合作，来判断别人的可信度，不排斥陌生人。
