This dissertation makes a summery of decision thought of AHP and makes a study on structuring method of the complicated problems. It set up two combination ways of judgment matrixes in group AHP. It also proves its theory. It also makes some research into optimal combination theory of judgment matrixes of group AHP.

4在总结AHP决策思想的基础上，提出了一种复杂问题群体结构化方法，给出了群体AHP判断矩阵的两种集结算法，并详细证明了这两种集结方法的理论依据；研究了群体AHP判断矩阵的优化集结原理；合作提出了一个基于Rough Set的判断矩阵构造方法。

This dissertation proposes group reasoning and group AHP-based GDSS structure and its decision steps to solve the problems existing in research of theory and application of GDSS. Besides, the dissertation also studies the method of group reasoning on rough-set and qualitative reasoning method basis in GDSS. It also studies on constructing method of hierarchy structure of group AHP in GDSS and combinative method of judgment matrixes. Moreover, it studies on method regarding construction of judgment matrixes on rough set based and optimization theory of convex combination parameters of judgment matrixes as well. Finally, it develops an AHP based GDSS to demonstrate the efficiency of these methods.(1) This dissertation also summarizes the developing trend of GDSS and analyses problems as regards the research of GDSS.

本论文针对GDSS理论研究及应用中存在的若干问题，提出了基于群体推理及群体层次分析法的GDSS结构，并给出了基于该结构的GDSS的决策程序；研究了GDSS环境下的基于粗糙集理论及定性推理技术的群体推理方法，并举例说明了方法的有效性；研究了GDSS环境下群体AHP层次结构的建立、判断矩阵集结的理论与方法；研究了判断矩阵凸组合系数的优化原理；探讨了基于Rough Set的判断矩阵构造方法；开发了一个基于AHP的GDSS原型系统，旨在验证本文关于GDSS环境下群体AHP有关方法的有效性。

As a result, it is essential to seek a viable and integrated judgement model to promote administrative procedures legitimacy,which combine the characteristics of the administrative procedures and commentation of the tradition judgement model.

笔者通过对程序正当性的传统判断模式的述评，结合行政程序自身的特点，提出构建行政程序正当性的整合判断模式，以期寻求一种较为可行的判断模式。

If the mold was decided as partible object, the process would evaluating the range of the parting directions. Also, the result of parting directions will be demostrated by one cone named parting cone. The total procedures of determining partibililty require O time.

基於这样的原因，本文提出一个判断可脱模性的方法，利用自由曲面上三角化之后所得到的法向量的分布情形，进行运算，若判断为可脱模模型，并计算出可脱模模型的脱模范围，使用圆锥表示之，此圆锥既称为脱模角，过程所需的时间复杂度为O；若判断为不可脱模模型则所需要的时间复杂度为O。
