Structures and characteristics of several types water-heating vaporizers are detailed analysed. The materials using in sea water-heating vaporizer are investigated and the primary thermal design of spiral wound heat exchanger as LNG vaporizer is finished.

详细分析了各种水加热型汽化器的结构和特性，对海水加热型LNG汽化器的材料进行了研究，并对设计条件下采用缠绕管式换热器作为汽化器进行了初步计算。

By statistical analysis to a large number of data collected from the reliability test of 120km/h raising speed wagon,this paper,based on the theory of reliability engineering,elaborated the reliability of the tested wagon in the field of running safety,maintenance support,failure mode effect and criticality.

通过对120km/h提速货车可靠性试验中收集的大量故障数据进行统计分析，根据18万km的阶段试验数据分析与推断，利用可靠性工程的理论，对货车提速到120km/h运行的可靠性，做出初步的结论性判断，并提出了今后在铁路车辆设计、制造、试验及维护保障管理等各方面，全面引入产品可靠性质量管理理念，进行相应的可靠性深入研究。

To find out if we can maximize the effect of illusion by manipulating the figural factors of mosaic, we designed a series of experiments to examine how these factors affect these two illusions. The results show all factors have no significant effect on the magnitude of Craik-O'brien-Cornsweet illusion. And there are 3 factors, scale of tesserae, width and hue of grout, that have significant effect on neon color spread illusion.

经过初步的资料收集以及分析以后，选定Craik-O'brien-Cornsweet illusion以及neon color spread illusion这两种错视作为研究对象，并分别设计了一系列这两种错视在马赛克形式下的错视效果实验，藉此了解是否能够透过操作马赛克型式的基本要素以达到最强烈的错视效果。

In this article, the author attempts to examine the existing rationality of criminal retrial procedure from criminal judicial errors and the res judicata, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages as well as the differences between Chinese and foreign criminal retrial procedure. Then, after analyzing the problems and shortcomings of now-existing criminal retrial procedure in China, the author proposes initial reforming on several key points in criminal retrial procedure, in hope to make the whole criminal retrial procedure develop to a scientific direction.

笔者试图从司法错误、既判力分析入手，去考察其存在的现实合理性，从理论的角度分析国内外刑事再审程序在理念与设计上的差异，同时结合实际剖析我国现行刑事再审程序存在的问题与不足，最后对刑事再审程序中几个关键性问题提出初步的改革措施，以期待有利于刑事再审程序向科学化方向发展。
