Experiment 2: To choose the appropriate dosage of tannins for the diets in sheep, three High Mountain Fine-wool wethers fitted with permanent rumen fistula were used and the 3 ×3 Latin square design were adopted to study the effects of tannins in Sainfoin on protein protection of the diets, measured items included the rumen metabolic parameters, the appatent digestion of all nutrients and the appatent retention of N in sheep.

试验二：选用3 只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的高山细毛羊羯羊，采用3×3 无重复拉丁方试验设计，研究红豆草中单宁对饲粮蛋白质保护的效果，测定项目有绵羊瘤胃代谢参数和饲粮各种养分的消化率与氮存留率，以期初步筛选出绵羊饲粮中适宜的单宁用量，为提高蛋白质饲料的有效利用提供依据。

The important way to talk about blending architecture into background environment, strengthening its individualities and embodying the local features is to find out the sally port and breakthrough point of planning design through accurate perception and reasonable interpretation.

文章试图从建构思想理论框架入手，并加以运用于南岳游客服务中心规划设计方案的构思实践中，对这一方法进了初步的探讨。

In order to solve the repeat modeling in the process of the hull scantling rule check,finite element analysis and production design,the some key technology about the transfer of ship initial scantling model to finite element model is studied.

针对目前船体结构规范计算、有限元分析和生产建模过程中存在的重复建模的问题，研究了船舶初步结构设计模型向有限元模型转换中的几项关键技术，提出了模型转换的方法，开发了模型转换软件，并在16 500t液化气船上进行了局部应用，收到了一定的效果，值得进一步推广应用。

The operating principle and component of the shadowgraph experimental station were introduced. The clear shadowgraph of target was gained after construction. Using this technique, the calculative method of DT ice thickness and the surface roughness analytic method of target were realized. Through design simulative experiment, the shadowgraph of DT ice was got.

主要介绍了背光成像实验样机的组成及工作原理，讨论了各光学部件的选择，在原理型样机建成后，获得了玻璃微球靶高质量的背光图像，通过对背光影像的光路图分析与测量（测量精度达到1μm），掌握了靶球DT冰层厚度的计算方法；初步建立了靶球二维内外表面粗糙度分析方法；通过设计模拟实验，获得了冰层在微球靶丸内均匀分布后清晰的背光影像。

The main task of this project is to build an elementary environment for SoC system-level design.

课题的主要工作是建立一个初步的SoC系统级设计的支撑环境。

The structure and parameter of this micro spectrometer are optimized.

通过结构与参量的优化设计、计算机模拟和初步实验表明这是一种较为理想的微型光谱仪。

First of all, through reviewing on the spot and collecting a great deal of first-hand data, which is about hydrogeologic condition, blasting parameters and the effect of blasting. Then combining with the practical experiences and referring to relative literatures, designing project has been put into practice in order to reach a best result of optimization.

Generally, the main point of this thesis rests with exploring novel hydrothermal methods to synthesize functional stannate composite oxides nano-materials, and studying the formation and morphology controlled mechanism of the composite oxides nano-materials under hydrothermal conditions. The main research achievements are summed up as follows:(1)According to the testing needs of photocatalytic hydrogen-generation, we have designed and set up a suit of photocatalytic H2-generation equipments with external light irradiation.

本文正是在这一背景条件下，重点研究以水热法合成锡酸盐纳米光催化材料，并对合成出的样品进行了细致的表征分析，初步研究纳米材料的光催化活性，探索纳米催化剂的颗粒尺寸、形貌和晶体结构对催化性能的影响规律，其内容主要包括以下几个方面：(1)根据光催化制氢的需要，设计并组建了一套外置光源照射的光催化制氢装置。

The first stage is screen experiment. A 24-1 Fractional Factorial Design and resolution IV experiment is used to find out which main effect and interaction effect have obvious influence on the precision positioning of feeding table by these four factors. The Minitab program including Half Normal Plot, Pareto Chart, and ANOVA is applied to diagnose obvious effects. The second stage is optimization experiment. The fitness of regression model is obtained by using CCD of RSM with statistical hypothesis testing, regression analysis, lack-of-fit testing, and residual analysis. The optimum values can be found out by using response surface plot and contour plot.

在第一阶段为筛选实验采用24-1部分因子实验，解析度为IV，求出这4个因子主效应及交互作用哪些会对进给平台定位精度有显著的影响，在分析方面使用统计软体Minitab做初步分析，应用了半常态机率图、柏拉图与变异数分析来判断出显著因子与交互效应显著，第二阶段优化实验采用反应曲面法的中央合成设计，搭配统计检定、回归分析、缺适性检定(Lack-of-Fit)、残差分析来取决回归模式之合适性，最后根据反应曲面图及等高线图求出最佳值做验证实验。
