According to Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China and the relevant technical provisions of TCM, natural medicine, injection intermediates were tested by quality and safety tests. The results of acute toxicity test, local muscle stimulation test, sensitivity test, hemolysis test proved the injection of polysaccharide extracted from ABM was safe and can be used via intramuscular injection and intravenous injection.

在上述研究的基础上对姬松茸多糖注射液的生产工艺进行了设计，初步制得注射液成品，根据《中华人民共和国药典》和《中药、天然药物相关的技术指导原则》对注射液的中间体进行质量安全性试验：急性毒性试验、肌肉局部刺激试验、过敏试验和溶血试验，试验结果均符合相关规定，表明姬松茸多糖注射液可以用于肌肉注射和静脉注射，无毒副作用，不会产生不良后果。

The joint effect of active and reactive power on the voltage stability of a typical power system was considered by analysing the two parameter bifurcation problem related to nonlinear oscillation phenomena. Numerically, as the active power P1 increases, the Hopf points get closer and eventually coincide at P1=1.455 43 the cyclic fold curve gets closer and closer to the Hopf curve and finally intersects the Hopf curve at a singular point the period-doubling points also get closer and finally coincide at P1≈0.65. The stability behaviour is pre-determined using the normal form approach near the limit point of the Hopf curve. Hence, in the power system attention should be paid to both the consumption of active power and the decrease in the reactive power to prevent nonlinear oscillations. A controller can be designed to absorb some active power and to avoid the nonlinear oscillations that damage the system components.

针对一个典型的单机无穷大电力系统，通过分析系统的双参数分岔的非线性振荡现象，综合考虑有功和无功功率对电压稳定性的影响数值分析表明，随着有功功率的增加，电力系统的Hopf点越来越靠近，最终合为一点在P1=1.455 43处同时圈折cyclic fold 曲线也越来越靠近Hopf曲线，并在Hopf曲线的稳定与不稳定临界点处与Hopf曲线相交倍周期分岔点也随着越来越靠近，最终在P1≈0.65 合为一点应用正规形理论方法，初步确定了Hopf曲线极限点附近的稳定性态因而，电力系统应注意让负荷利用有功功率，减少无功功率的产生以防止非线性振荡另外，可以设计一个稍微吸收网络的有功功率的控制器，以避免因周期振荡而造成电力系统仪器的损坏或电压崩溃

Polymarase Chain Reaction may be the better method of detecting M.tuberculosis than other methods and lead us to carry out a series of research on this problem. This thesis is composed of five parts:(1)systematic evaluation for the first time of the ability of five defferent PCR methods to detect M. tuberculosis;(2) using the endonuclease and southern blot by a radioactive and a nonradioactive labeled probe, to confirm the specificity of the PCR products and to analyse the sensitivity of detection by southern blot method using digoxigenin-labeled probe;(3) evaluation of acid-fast staining, bacterial culture and PCR for the detection of M. tuberculosis in sputum, pleural and peritoneal effusion samples;(4) The feasibility of PCR for detection of M tuberculosis on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues;(5) 26 cases of sarcoidosis were retrospectively studiedwith PCR for M. tuberculosis and nontuberculosis Mycobacterium and the problems on histopatholoical diagnosis of sarcoidosis are discussed.

论文共分为五个部分，(1)首次系统地比较了五种不同引物序列的PCR检测结核杆菌方法的特异性和敏感性等情况；(2)利用限制性内切酶酶切分析和同位素及非同位素标记DNA探针进行Southern杂交的办法，分析PCR产物的序列与原设计是否相符及杂交检测PCR产物对提高检测结核杆菌敏感性的情况；(3)并对PCR用于快速检测临床标本中的结核杆菌进行了初步评价；(4)探讨了PCR用于检测石蜡包埋组织中结核杆菌的作用；(5)并利用PCR检测结核杆菌和非结核分枝杆菌的方法对26例原病理诊断为结节病的病例进行了PCR检测及组织病理学诊断的探讨。

This protein reduced antibody titer in mice immunized with BSA. Following the deletion of sCD152, however, there was no obvious inhibitory effect on the primary immune response triggered by the nonrelevant antigen OVA, indicating that sCD152 had an antigen-specific immunosuppressive effect. We designed a new vector, pPIC-HE-sCD152, to get entirely native sCD152 without His-tag.

为了获得既带有纯化配体表位又带有可剪切序列的可溶性sCD152蛋白，我们设计构建了含有His-tag和肠激酶识别切割序列DDDDK的sCD152表达载体pPIC-HE-sCD152，结果这一表达载体在毕赤氏酵母中同样高效分泌表达出目的蛋白，大量纯化后用肠激酶酶切去除His-tag，用以进一步功能实验，初步结果表明具有体外细胞免疫抑制功能。

In this study, we investigated the gene expression pattern of Cbfal in odontoblast as well as tooth development by gene cloning and in situ hybridization. The results revealed the essential role cbfal plays in tooth development.
