Finally, using this analysis framework and unifying the practice of the reform of institutions and public finance system, this paper preliminarily analyzes the overall way of constructing our country's non-profit organization system This paper makes conclusions as follow:1~, it is necessary to carry on the trichotomy to the field of resources disposition from the point of the supply-demand relation configuration because of the limitations to Bipolar Paradigm between market and government.2~, introducing the market mechanism to the domain of public service is helpful to improve economic efficiency of the supplies, but the lack of the corresponding ethics value standard and the government structure will cause the erosion of public welfare and the loss of commonality and fairness.3~, the sources of the fault to the reform of institutions are the vacancy of public ethics goal and the lag of public service fundamental research, which makes the reform of institutions follow the way of the reform of enterprise.

在完成公共服务分析框架后，作为本论文研究体系的延伸，在本文的最后部分，运用这一分析框架，结合我国事业单位改革和非营利组织发展的实践与公共财政体制改革，初步分析了构建我国公共事业体制框架的总体思路。通过公共服务分析框架的构建，本文得出的基本结论有以下几点：1、市场和政府二分的范式对认识公共服务和公共事业领域的资源配置存在局限性，因此有必要从供求关系构型上对资源配置场域进行三分法的划分。2、简单地在公共服务领域引入市场机制有助于供给者的经济效率提高，但是，如没有相应的伦理价值理念的规范和治理结构，必然会导致对公益消费者公共福利的侵蚀，出现公共性与公正性的流失。3、以推向市场和创收为实质内涵的我国事业单位改革失误的根源，在于公共伦理目标的缺失和对公共服务理论研究的滞后，因而才沿袭了企业改革的思维和方法。

In this paper, the progresses acquired in the studies of natural analogy are summarized, including a comparison of structural properties, radiation damage and chemical composition between uraninite and UO2, combination and paragenesis of alteration products of uraninite, chemical composition of uraninite and its secondary phases, mobility of analogy elements in the process of uraninite alteration. In addition, the problems in next studies are pointed out, e. g., characterization of micro-structure of secondary uranium minerals, high-resolution analyses of trance elements distributed in original and secondary uranium minerals using laser microprobe analyzer, composition of underground water, simulation experiments.

系统地总结了天然类比研究的现状，包括沥青铀矿与UO2的可比性、沥青铀矿风化产物的共生组合和共生次序、沥青铀矿及其风化产物的化学成分特征、沥青铀矿风化过程中类比元素的迁移性等；并初步指出了进一步研究的方向，如铀酰矿物的微结构研究、类比元素在沥青铀矿和铀酰矿物中分布的激光探针研究、地下水成分分析、模拟实验等。

At the end of the thesis,practically and realisticallysummarizing the studies concerning this topic,the author believes to put forward thenew viewpoints in following aspects,i.e.the"theory of three-phase"for thedevelopment of victimology;the trends of the worldwide development of the redress ofthe victims'rights;the new method to protect the victims,which balances theprotection between the victims and inflictors to resume the victims'rights by setting upthe protective measures such as the national relief and social supporting system for thevictims,which rarely connects with their rights and interests directly;the necessity ofthe redress of the victims'rights in 6 aspects;the deficiencies on the issue of theredress of the victims'rights in the aspects of academic research and legislation;theelementary reflects on the constitutional foundation for the protection of the victims;the two-side analysis on the regulations for the protection of victims in new penal law;the suggestion to establish the system for investigation,statistics and proclamation ofvictimization;the design to consummate the rights and redress of the victims inappealing procedures;the assumption to establish the social supporting system of thevictims in China,and soon.

在论文的最后，实事求是地总结了自己关于本课题的研究，认为在以下若干方面提出了个人的新见解。提出了我国被害人学发展的"三阶段说"；提出了世界范围内犯罪被害人权利救济的发展趋势；提出了通过建立对犯罪被害人的国家补偿制度和社会支援体系这样的与加害人权益不大发生直接联系的犯罪被害人保护措施，来实现犯罪被害人的被害恢复，以求得加害人与被害人权利保护平衡的犯罪被害人权利保护方式的新思路；从六个方面提出了我国犯罪被害人权利救济的必要性；从理论研究和立法两个方面指出了我国在犯罪被害人权利救济问题上的欠缺点，其中对我国犯罪被害人的理论研究作了反思，对犯罪被害人保护的宪法依据作了初步的探讨，对新刑事诉讼法关于犯罪被害人的保护的规定作了一分为二的分析；提出了建立我国的犯罪被害调查、统计和公告制度的建议；提出了为了防止被害人的第二次被害，而完善犯罪被害人在诉讼程序中的权利与救济的方案；提出了构建我国犯罪被害人社会支援体系的设想。等等。
