December 8, 1918 the school held a ceremony, at which the All-Russian Central Executive Committee Chairman Я.M Sverdlov on the hospital's mission made a speech. August 5, 1921, at the behest of the Republic of the orders of the Revolutionary Military Committee was renamed the Red Army Military Academy, attached to high-level crash course to train senior commanders.
