Fifty rats in the model group underwent ovariectomy, while the other 20 rats in the control group had sham operations. 4个月龄雌性SD大鼠70只，随机取50只行双侧卵巢切除术，20只行假手术。3个月后随机从手术组和假手术组各取10只大鼠检测体质量、子宫湿重、左侧股骨及腰椎骨密度、生物力学特性和血清生化指标Ca(上标 2+)、肌肝、碱性磷酸酶水平，以确定骨质疏松模型建立成功。

Methods Ninety elective patients undergoing general anesthesia for hysterectomy were randomly assigned to two equal groups. GroupⅡreceived endotracheal intubation protected by sterilized transparent sleeve while groupⅠcorrespondingly adopted unprotective classical endotracheal intubation. Endotracheal swab sampling and bacterial counting were performed on the principle of aseptic processing before endotracheal intubation and extubation, respectively.

90例在全身麻醉下行择期全子宫切除术的患者随机分为两组，每组45例，Ⅰ组采用传统的气管插管操作方法，Ⅱ组采用无菌透明隔离套保护的气管插管操作方法，在气管插管前和拔管前分别按照无菌操作原则实施气管内试子取样，进行菌落计数。

Results 128 patients were successfully treated by transvaginal surgery, without anyone tranformed to ventrotomy, and any trauma of proximate organs, such as bladder, rectum, in which there were 52 cases of total hysterectomy, 76 cases of myoma removal with 486 myomas removed. The avarage time of surgion was 68 minutes (56~112 minutes), that of gastrointestinal function was 23 hours (11~35 hours), that of hospitalization was 7.1 days (6~8 days).

结果 128例病人全部经阴道手术成功，无1例中转开腹，无邻近脏器损伤，其中，完成子宫切除术52例，施行肌瘤剔除术76例，共剔除肌瘤486枚，手术时间平均68min(56~112min)，术后经过均良好，胃肠功能恢复时间平均23h(11~35h)，无1例感染，住院时间平均为7.1d(6~8d)。
