In accordance with the complexity, uncertainty and confusion of chip forming and chip-breaking process, We suppose imprecise ratiocinative mechanism on the basis of confusion mathematics theory, and found prediction system of the chip forming and chipbreaking for the first time.

研究确定了切屑形成与折断过程预报系统的结构框架，参照一般的专家系统构成原理，确定了本系统结构与功能；扩充了OPS83的推理方式，增加了逆向推理功能，实现了基于目标驱动控制的推理机制；针对切削过程中切屑形成与折断过程的复杂性、不确定性和模糊性，运用模糊数学理论，设计了不精确推理机制；首次建立了切屑形成与折断过程预报系统。

Finally, the forming and localization course of shear band of tungsten alloy material have been analyzed. The influence of thermodynamics parameter of density, static yield stress, specific heat coefficient and heat conducted coefficient on shear-localized of tungsten alloy has been contrastively and individually analyzed through changing magnitude of each parameter. The result has shown that static yield stress and specific heat coefficient have bigger influence on the shear-localized of tungsten alloy.

最后对钨合金材料中的剪切带的形成和局部化过程进行了分析，并且在分别改变密度、静态屈服应力、比热容及热导率等热力学参数下，对比分析了它们对钨合金剪切局部化的影响程度，结果表明改变静态屈服应力和比热容对钨合金剪切局部化的影响较大。
