The press process of blanking,drawing, perforating, flaring, trimming are adopted. In this paper, the process suitability of part is analysed. The process parameters, such as blank layout and press force are calculated. The general construction of mold and main parts are designed. The compound die of blanking,drawing,perforating and the simple press tool of flaring,trimming and detail drawings of main parts are drawn.

设计中分析了工件的冲压工艺性，对毛坯排样、冲压力、刃口尺寸等进行了计算，并且对模具相对应的凸模和凹模进行了强度校核，以及模具总体结构、主要零部件的选择与设计，绘制了落料、拉深、冲孔复合模和翻边、切边的单工序模具装配图和模具的主要零件图。

结果表明：当河段相对窄深时，河段冲刷主要为下切；当河段为相对宽浅的低水分汊河段且河岸约束较强时，蓄水以后的冲淤变化主要体现为江心洲滩的冲淤调整、汊道深泓高程差的冲淤调整，并引起主支汊分流比的调整；当河段为较为宽浅的低水分汊河段且河岸约束相对较弱时，则冲刷调整不仅限于分流比的调整，甚至会导致大的分汊格局的调整。
