目的 探讨阴茎背神经切断术的手术方法和效果。

Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent craniotomy and microsurgery through right subtemporal approach and then cavernous sinus part and post cavernous sinus part of oculomotor nerve were exposed clearly. Results On emerging from the brain, the oculomotor nerve was invested with a sheath of pia mater, and enclosed in a prolongation from arachnoid.

选用健康雄性SD大鼠30只，经右侧颞底入路，显微手术解剖、暴露动眼神经海绵窦段或海绵窦后段，行动眼神经切断并通过动眼神经功能测定，研究手术入路和应用解剖以及降低动物死亡率和减少并发症的方法。

OBJECTIVE: To meet the needs of limited and high selective spinal dorsal rhizotomy, anterior and dorsal root of spinal nerve were microanatomized to be certain of the separation standard and the number of small nerve tracts, so as to provide reliable basis and novel operative standard for clinical operation.

在构建了模拟小儿臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型基础上，将实验动物按手术方式分组如下，A组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨下肌皮神经远端行端端吻合。B组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体一端与子鼠健侧臂丛上干行端侧吻合，另一端与患侧已切断的锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。C组：母鼠提供的的神经移植体桥接于子鼠患侧膈神经与锁骨下肌皮神经之间。D组：子鼠患侧膈神经直接与锁骨上颈〓远端行端端吻合。
