Results From Nov.2003 to Oct.2004,a total of eighteen cases who had suffered from prominent mandibular angle(4 cases of them had high zygoma in simultaneity)have been operated on by this method,11 cases of them were followed-up in three months to eight months after operation,the results were satisfactory with non-complications.

结果：自2003年11月至2004年10月，共治疗18例（其中4例伴有颧弓过高，同期行颧弓铣磨），术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，有11例于术后3～8个月获得随访，效果满意。

Methods Ostectomy of the prominent malar and zygoma were performed through coronal scalp incision on 16 cases and augmentation of the temporal(2 cases)and frontal-temporal face lift(2 cases) at the same time.

采用经头皮冠状切口颧骨、颧弓截骨术（16例），并同时进行颞部填充（2例），额、颞部除皱术（2例）。

Results 22 patients underwent zygoma reduction and subperiosteal rhytidectomy by coronal incision approaching. 5 cases with frontal region depression were filled with ePTEF or a piece of epicranial aponeurosis. The follow-up time was 6～24 months. All the patients were satisfied with the final results.

结果：本组22例患者，均行头皮冠状切口颧骨颧弓复合体缩小及骨膜下除皱术，部分患者以膨体聚四氟乙烯补片或帽状腱膜行中上面部凹陷填充，术后面部软组织及骨性结构均得到显著的年轻化改善效果，随访6～24个月，面部外观满意。

Methods Through scalp coronal incision, the zygoma was desected and shifted medially and laterally so as to lower the contour of zygomatic bone. Subperiosteal rhytidectomy was performed simultaneously to remodify the facial skeleton and soft tissue.
